As teamwork is increasingly important in modern society, everyone should train his ability to cooperate with others.

Today's society is no longer a self-sufficient one, but one in which all the people depend on each other for existence.Only for existence, not to mention the pursuit and obtainment of happiness, one can't do without the ability to work harmoniously with others.In the highly developed society today, one can almost accomplish nothing without joint efforts.Every loaf of bread, every article of clothes, every house or apartment, every means of transportation is the product of cooperative efforts.We play with other children in kindergartens; we study with our classmates at schools;and we will work with our fellow workers or colleagues in factories or companies. What we have got through teamwork is not only self-improvement, personal success but also the satisfaction at both our devotion to common causes and the sense of collective honor.

Is iPad good or bad for middle school students?
I’m a junior high school student named Li Hua. Now many students have iPads and they think it’s a fashion to use them. Using an iPad, we can listen to music, download a lot of learning materials and read them on the screen. Apparently, it’s helpful to our study, especially to our English listening.
Some students, however, bring their iPads to the classroom and listen to music without earphones, which makes the teacher and other students greatly annoyed. Some of them even waste precious time in class playing video games.
In my opinion, as students, we should make good use of iPads to help achieve academic success. The classroom is a place for students to study, and therefore concentration is awfully needed for us to learn our lessons. Furthermore, the school should make a rule to guide the students to use iPads in a proper way.

Failure is a common thing in our daily life. For example, sometimes we fail to pass the examinations. On other occasions, we are defeated in sport games. And there are times when we fail to do more satisfactory work. So it is safe to say that every one of us must have encountered failure of one kind or another.
失敗在我們的日常生活中很常見。作為學生，我們有時在考試中得不到高分。在我們和其他人比賽時，有時會輸。還有的時候，我們總做不好事情。所有這些失敗都很自然，我們每一個人都有類似的經歷。
However, different people have different attitudes towards failure. Some people lose heart when they come across failures. They seem to think that it is the end of the world. Others, on the contrary, don't take failure seriously. They seem to think that failure is first step to success.
然而，面對失敗人們的態度卻截然不同。一些人失敗后變得灰心喪氣，似乎世界末日到了;一些人不拿失敗當回事兒，聽之任之;還有一些人卻從失敗中學習東西，從而從失敗中能看到希望。
In my opinion, what really counts is not failure itself, but our attitude towards it. If we are afraid of failure and yield to it easily, we are bound to have one failure after another. But as long as we have confidence in ourselves and learn something from failure, we'll certainly go from victory to victory. So I'm never afraid of failure, or I firmly believe that "failure is the mother of success."
在我看來，重要的不是失敗本身，而是我們對待失敗的態度和失敗之后我們的行動。只要我們不放棄，相信自己，并從失敗中汲取營養，我們最后一定會取得勝利。因此，我從不害怕失敗，因為我相信失敗并不是壞事。相反，“失敗是成功之母”
