【寫法指要】
求職信（Letters of application for a position）是應(yīng)聘者向招聘單位的主管投寄的書信。寫這種信的目的是為了讓招聘單位了解你的學(xué)歷、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、能力、專長、成果、愿望等。所以，寫信時(shí)要盡量向?qū)Ψ奖憩F(xiàn)你的長處，以便給人一個(gè)好的印象，獲得面試的機(jī)會(huì)。
寫求職信應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
1）首先要開門見山說明申請理由，即見廣告而應(yīng)聘、或經(jīng)熟人介紹，或?yàn)榱藢I(yè)對口，或?yàn)榱苏{(diào)回家鄉(xiāng)等。不要先寫個(gè)人情況。這一點(diǎn)與漢語書信的寫法不同。
2）概括本人學(xué)歷、經(jīng)歷和特點(diǎn)，表明能勝任此項(xiàng)工作。但切忌夸大、吹噓。
3）盡量說應(yīng)聘部門的好處。不要損害他人，如批評原雇主等。否則對你申請工作有害無益。
4）不要申請你不能勝任的工作，而應(yīng)申請熟悉的、能干得好的工作。
5）不要自貶。寫求職信不是謙虛或虛偽的場合，你低估自己別人也會(huì)瞧不起你。
6）求職信一般是寫給不熟悉的人的，所以要用正式文體和格式寫；語言要簡單、明白，不要賣弄學(xué)問，用一些別人看不懂的詞句。
