I think it's improtant to keep a healthy lift style.But how to do it,here are some useful suggestions.First you must have a positive attitude.If you do it ,you could do everything that you want.Second,it's necessary to do sports every day.It can keep a good fit and make your body stronger.Also you have to sleep early and get up early,which can make you not to feel tired at all.The most imprtant thing is to have a healthy deit.Eat more vagetables and fluits.So you have to eat less junk food and even rich food.If you do the rules as much as possible,i do think your lift is very healty.

Sports help everyone to keep healthy, happy, and efficient.So I pay special attention to games, especially table-tennis. Table tennis is my favorite game.I play it almost every day.
Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action. It strengthens our muscles, expands our lungs, promotes the circulation of the blood, and causes a healthy action of the skin. Besides, it is very amusing and does not cost us much money.Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football.It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days.Thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise.

I like sport not only because it can help me to keep health, but also because it makes me relaxed. Study all day long makes me tired so that I often do sports with my classmates after class. We play basketball most, and sometimes play table tennis or badminton. In addition, I like running, especially when I’m upset, for I think it’s the best way to let the depression off.
