第二課 創造美
聽從內心的召喚，跟隨自己的興趣，做最喜歡的事，面對困難勇敢說不！心懷夢想堅持到底，世界會因你而更美。
鄧老師在海拔1800m的高原上給那里的同學們教書，看到他們在學習條件那么艱苦的情況下，還那么自由快樂的學習，在他們身上發現了美。學習劉姐姐在游泳過程中的堅持，實現夢想的理念，創造美。而在這美麗的昌吉第八小學，作為小學生的我應該更好的學習知識，堅持努力不斷向上，才能實現自己的冠軍夢想達到一個美麗的高峰，才能報答爸爸媽媽為我而辛苦努力工作的恩情，才能報答老師對我的辛辛教導。
第三課 傳遞美
心中有光明，世界就不會黑暗，在別人需要幫助的時候，伸出你的手，把愛傳播出去，用光照亮別人，讓美在接力中傳遞。
看到司機叔叔為了乘客的安全，在自己受到重創，生命出現危機的情況下，平穩停車提醒乘客注意安全，救了車上的每一個人，而自己的生命消逝。之后叔叔的女兒在失去爸爸后，堅強、獨立和更加熱愛生活，聽爸爸的話“好好鍛煉身體，更好地投入學習和生活中。”我哭了，沒有像叔叔這些好心人的保護，就沒有我們美好的世界。沒有像姐姐這樣堅強獨立的生活態度，就沒有更好的夢想實現。在學校里我應該和同學們相互幫助，傳遞我們友誼的快樂，在同學遇到困難的時候，應該伸出雙手幫助他人，助人為樂。
第四課 和諧美
體操團隊在預賽不是很理想的情況下，爭取了奧運會決賽的金牌。哥哥們講：“團隊之間的溝通，建立起的信任，在他人出現失誤時，要給予信心，不要放棄希望，互相信任，在不可能的情況下取得勝利！”在學校中要和同學們相互配合，才能成功的完成團隊任務，才能學合唱團發出美妙的歌聲，就像一根筷子容易折斷，一把筷子就不會斷的道理，團結才是力量。
