　　在市場競爭如此激烈的今天，及時導入現代營銷理念，以人為本，強化意識，優質服務，加油站員工使用文明服務用語，禮貌迎送，規范服務，編寫日常考評細則，每日組織單人服務考評，改24小時工作制為8小時工作制，實行站長長期值班制，確保住站率85%。工資二次分配，實行升油工資+考評積分的新辦法，提高全站職工的工作積極性，打破吃大鍋飯的舊分配體制。

　　(三)抓規范化服務，樹品牌效應

　　加油站是中石化對外的形象窗口，規范化服務的好壞，直接影響到整個公司形象。為此規范化服務對加油站的形象來說是十分重要，抓好規范服務，就等于抓住了品牌效益。抓規范化服務要從細微、點滴入手、從著裝、站容、站貌、服務用語著手，要求每個員工牢記“引、問、開、加、蓋、擦、唱、送”八個字，并能分細每步操作程序，按章嚴格操作。規范員工的行體動作，同時要求員工做到三個“一點”，對用戶熱情一點，服務周到一點和耐心一點，給客戶一個好的環境，好的心情，讓他們感受到一種回家的溫馨，讓他們真正體會到在中石化加油站花錢不僅是買到了油品，而且還買到了上呈的服務。讓司機們走了想回來，來了不想走，確保司機回頭率100%、油箱加滿率100%。

　　My name is Justin ZHAO. It's said that a person's name may reflect or determines his destiny or fate in a way.

　　My first name in Chinese means surpass. Life is a long and tough run to go. I must learn how to survive in this fast moving society and try to thrive.

　　I’m open minded, easy-going, warm hearted with a sunshine smile. I have superb and god features such as honesty and sweet temper. Also, I much enjoy making friends from all walks of life. My favorite fun is travelling around the world.

　　I was borned on Feb. 2, 1976. I had an elder sister two and half years older than I. Frankly speaking, I should say I had a good and memorable childhood in my life. I was not a leading student in my elementary school but in junior middle School. I scored good marks and ranked high both in my class and in the grade. That's the honorable and shining time. Things began to change from the date I stepped into the No.28 senior high school in Shenyang. I always chose the　wrong school to go to. I ended up with chosing Malaysia as　the destination for my studies just because of easy access to go and cheaper tuition fees there. On Aug., 1998, I went to Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. I took a course of IAM at Stamford College. I had a wonderful time　with my classmates and many other good friends there.

　　I left for Singapore and Hongkong for travelling shortly after completing my studies in Malaysia. I then went to Shenzhen and Tianjin looking for a job. I　was unsatisfied with job available there and went to Shanghai for more career opportunities.

　　I worked for a Singapore Joint Venture Imperial F&B Plant. I spent quite long time in Shuikou, Changxing County, Zhejiang Province. Since then, I started to know the Internet and learned how to make good use of it. I was fascinated to chat online. My duties was replying faxes and implementing boss's intentions.

　　師：說話要有口才，打仗還需兵器，修改文章要先掌握什么本領呢?現在老師手頭有三個習作片斷，均來自班上的小秀才們，這幾位同學的習作都不錯，但還有一些需要修改的地方，你們有信心幫他們改得更好嗎?

　　1、教師提供一個未抓住典型特征的關于描寫外貌的片斷。師讀，學生判斷寫的是誰。(學生講出好幾個答案，均似是而非，無法確定。)

　　例文1：

　　我是個聰明可愛的小男孩，圓圓的腦袋，一雙大眼睛，黑黑的頭發，一只小鼻子，一雙大耳朵。

　　師：為什么不能確定?到底哪里出了問題?

　　生：我們班上圓腦袋、大眼睛的人不少，看不出寫的是哪一個?

　　生：五官幾乎都寫了，但沒有寫出明顯跟別人不一樣的地方。

　　師：現在告訴你們作者是──王偉康同學，請大家重新觀察，抓住主要特征說一說。王偉康同學請邊照鏡子邊聽同學議論，也可提出不同的意見。

　　生1：我發現王偉康同學是個雙眼皮兒，總喜歡理個平頭，鼻子嘛，沒什么特點，就不寫了，耳朵也不大，他寫錯了。

　　師：主要是沒觀察仔細。大家再觀察他的臉型、膚色說一說。

　　生：他的臉黑黝黝的，像包公。

　　生：他的腦袋挺大，可是臉卻不大，不是“國”字臉，好像是──

　　師：是“甲”字臉。對呀!抓住最有特點的地方寫就可以了。偉康同學，你認為大家的評價有道理嗎?經過照鏡子，再參考同學們的提議，現在請你把它整理一下，說一說。

　　……

　　2、教師提供一個關于描寫愛好方面的片斷，但面面俱到，描寫不夠具體，主要性格特點不突出。

　　例文2：

　　我愛好體育，喜歡跑步、跳高、跳遠，特別愛打乒乓球;我喜歡音樂，會唱很多歌，還會彈電子琴;制作手抄報也是我的強項，在比賽中經常獲獎;最近家里添了臺電腦，我又迷上了上網，在上網查到了很多資料，對學習大有幫助。我的愛好還很多，比如：旅游、野炊、飼養小動物……我是個一天也閑不住的人。

　　師：文中描寫的“我”有什么樣的愛好?

　　生：體育、音樂、制作小報、上網，還有旅游、野炊、侍養小動物等。

　　師：你認為這樣描寫存在什么問題?應如何修改?

　　生：介紹的愛好很多，但什么都寫，沒有一件寫得具體。我們讀了，留下的印象不深。

　　生：應該抓住自己最感興趣的部分詳細描寫。

　　師：你認為可以抓住那些方面寫具體?怎樣才能給我們感受到他真的喜歡某一方面的活動?

　　生：我覺得他可以抓住“上網”這個方面去寫，其它方面就簡單一些，因為這個方面表現最突出，他幾乎每天都要上網，一放學就鉆進電腦里，他能查到很多我們查不到的資料，在上課交流時，老師經常表揚他資料查得好。

　　師：“鉆”字說得好，說明他確實是個小網蟲。還有補充的嗎?

　　生：聽她媽媽說，他一上網就什么都忘記了，經常忘了吃飯。

　　師：有不同的想法嗎?

　　生：我還是感覺他最興趣的是體育，他是我們班上的體育“明星”，去年代表我們班去參加乒乓球比賽獲得了學校第一名，跑步比賽獲得了季軍。

　　師：能獲得這么好的成績，說明他對體育特別感興趣，能舉例說明嗎?

　　生：他課間活動幾乎都在打乒乓球。碰上體育課他總是特別興奮，做得很認真。

　　師：(提問作者)：你興趣愛好廣泛，這真是一件好事，你主要的愛好興趣是什么?能比較具體的講述有關這方面的故事嗎?

　　(生講述故事，是關于體育方面的，教師引導發表議論，幫助學生表達準確、具體、生動些，建議把精彩的部分寫入作文之中。)

　　3、教師投示一個關于描寫性格方面的片斷，描寫較為具體但存在一些標點、用詞、語句方面的毛病。

　　例文3：

　　我愛笑，整天嬉皮笑臉的，像個笑臉佛。最愛看漫畫，搞笑圖片，喜歡講笑話，同學們經常被我講的笑話笑痛了肚子。上課時老師講得幽默，我笑得最開心，最快樂，同學回答錯了，我的笑聲最響亮，弄得我沒少翻白眼，犯了錯被大人批評，我痛苦了一會兒，又忘啦。同學們都說我是個樂天派。我就是這樣的人，喜歡我嗎!

　　①教師引導學生細讀文章，指出哪些優點是大家必須學習的，存在哪些問題需要修改。

　　②學生思考后進行交流反饋，教師在上面規范修改。(交流的修改方案──標點方面：“翻白眼”后面的“，”該為“。”，“喜歡我嗎”后面應把“!”改為“?”;字詞方面：“慢畫”的“慢”、“優默”的“優”都是錯別字，“翻白眼”應改為“挨白眼”，“痛苦”應改為“掃興”;語句方面：在第二句前應加上“我”，語句才完整。“我笑得最開心，最快樂”語言重復，最好去掉“最快樂”。)

　　[評：“不識廬山真面目，只緣身在此山中”，事實上認識自己要比認識別人困難得多，學生在本次習作中主要存在的問題是：未能抓住自己與眾不同的地方有重點地描述，本片斷的設計就是要通過三個不同的方面的引導：相貌、性格、愛好(特長)，使學生認識如何真實、具體地反映自己，表現自己覺得新奇有趣的或印象深刻的內容，讓學生在扎扎實實的分析、思考、發現、評價、修正中感悟方法，錘煉習作修改的本領。]

　　(四)互動修改。

　　師：剛才已經學到了習作如何修改的本領，現在要把它運用到自己的習作評改之中。那么，你們的習作要根據什么來修改呢?

　　1、學生翻開作文本，把自己的習作認真朗讀一遍，邊讀邊注意老師的評語和批改符號，仔細領會其中的意思，在有疑問的地方打“?”以便質疑。

　　2、生質疑，師把學生習作本通過投影顯示出來，師生共同解疑。

　　3、師：好文章是改出來的，俗話說：“文章不厭百回改”，只有認真修改，你的習作才能越寫越好，越寫越有意思。修改時要獨立思考，先自行修改，然后找到合作伙伴，互相幫忙。

　　4、學生自改，互改。教師巡視，重點輔導習作水平較低的學生(側重于字詞、語句修改方面)。

　　5、教師把在巡視觀察中發現的修改較為成功和還存在問題的兩個典型案例組織學生評析，進一步指導修改。(略)

　　[評：本環節教學重在引導學生把賞評過程中感悟到習作方法遷移到自己的習作修改之中，并養成良好的修改習慣，提高文章修改能力。學生往往只重視教師的習作總評，忽視教師的具體評議意見和修改符號，引導學生讀文章，分析評語，理解修改符號，組織自改互改，不僅可以讓學生明確修改文章的一般方法和步驟，還可培養學生審慎獨立又相互協作的態度，這些看似細節問題，卻是提高習作能力的必經之路，不可等閑視之。]

　　(五)課后延伸。

　　師：回家繼續修改自己的習作。把修改后的文章念給家人聽，讓他們提提意見。第一次評作文，老師是按星級評價的，最好的獲五顆星，最少的也有三顆星，現在大家還有兩次機會可以提高自己作文的星級水平，修改得好可由三顆星提高到五顆星，凡獲得五顆星的同學均有機會在班級習作園地中展示自己的作品，但暫時名字保密喲。假如這次沒有成功，還有第二次機會，你可以去觀摩習作園地中的同學作品，認真看，仔細判斷是誰的作文，或者說寫的是誰，判斷準確率最高的可以再次增加一個星。下星期準備舉行“群星薈萃”評比活動，看哪一組的同學獲得的星最多，到時還會請大家欣賞《藍貓快樂作文》的影碟片，大家有興趣嗎?

　　[評：擴大讀者群，把讀者從單一的對象引向同學，引向家人，這種多維互動的方式，能培養學生認真對待習作的態度，增強關注、欣賞、評價別人習作的意識，并在互相學習中取長補短，相得益彰，不斷提高自己的習作能力與效果。語文課標在“評價建議”中強調要“重視對作文修改的評價”，對學生的習作進行動態的過程性評價，能有力激發學生的習作興趣，培植自我有效感，使學生的習作能力在原有的基礎上得到充分的發展。]

　　附：優秀學生習作

　　“含羞草”+“故事迷”

　　我是六一中心小學三年一班的同學，大名王希若，今年九歲。白皮膚，披肩發，左臉頰邊有一顆“美人痣”，我愛笑，但總是抿著嘴笑。

　　我性格內向，總怕羞。家里來客人了，我總是躲得遠遠的;上學要經過別的班級，總是低著頭快步溜過，像貓走路似的;上課時，盡管許多問題我都知道，總不敢大膽舉手。記得有一回，鎮中心舉行聯歡晚會，那場面可熱鬧了，許多小朋友上臺去回答主持人的問題，捧回了不少獎品，我多想也上去風光風光啊!可是我不敢，站在離舞臺很遠的一個角落，心里還咚咚直跳，生怕被主持人發現──萬一被拉上臺，那多難為情啊。前學期末，班主任在我的素質報告單里寫道：“你是個聰明可愛的女孩，為人善良，做事認真，假如你能改掉膽小怕羞的毛病，就錦上添花啦。老師期待你能自信一點，含羞草要變成紅玫瑰啦!”嘿，這回我鐵了心，多參與鍛煉，改變自己性格的弱點。

　　我愛看課外書，特別是童話故事，其中安徒生的童話集是我的最愛。不僅愛讀，我還愛講，碰上好伙伴，我會拉著她，繪聲繪色地說個不停。我還會編童話故事，把自編的故事寫下來，現在都集了厚厚的一本。老師說我的故事編得活靈活現的，最精彩。最近，我又獲了個“故事迷”的綽號。
