　　由于我們是農(nóng)村學(xué)校，英語學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)可以算是一個(gè)硬傷！在畢業(yè)考中要想取得與數(shù)學(xué)、語文、科學(xué)同等的好成績這個(gè)結(jié)果，無論是對(duì)于教師還是學(xué)生都是一個(gè)非常艱巨的任務(wù)。首先對(duì)于學(xué)生來說，英語這一科完全是陌生的學(xué)科，我們學(xué)校只有短短三年的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間，就好比上到3年級(jí)的知識(shí)卻要考6年級(jí)的難度，怎么可能呢？而對(duì)于老師來說，在遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)少于其他學(xué)科的有限的時(shí)間中，要將一年級(jí)的孩子直接教到六年級(jí)的水平也只能選擇純粹的知識(shí)灌輸，這就免不了少了讓孩子體會(huì)循序漸進(jìn)的這種大量樂趣，從而使一部分學(xué)生喪失了對(duì)這一學(xué)科的興趣和熱情，給教學(xué)帶來了不便。

　　雖然，在平時(shí)的教學(xué)工作中，我已經(jīng)盡量使用多媒體，并且堅(jiān)持每節(jié)課有課前熱身活動(dòng)：如小詩，歌曲，身體律動(dòng)等等，但是問題也隨之而來--這些被有趣小知識(shí)占用的時(shí)間就會(huì)影響應(yīng)試的大知識(shí)的傳授。所以，我一直有個(gè)困惑，英語學(xué)科的興趣培養(yǎng)和知識(shí)教學(xué)到底應(yīng)該怎么樣來協(xié)調(diào)和融合？

　　以上是我對(duì)英語學(xué)科現(xiàn)狀的一些感受，下面是孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)情況。 從期中之前的情況來看呢，我感覺孩子學(xué)習(xí)勁頭還是比較足的。大多數(shù)孩子上課時(shí)能夠認(rèn)真聽講、積極發(fā)言，還有一些孩子學(xué)習(xí)很踏實(shí)、很用心，絕大部分同學(xué)同學(xué)作業(yè)都能按時(shí)完成。但是完成質(zhì)量高的不多。比如，我布置的默寫單詞、詞組，一些同學(xué)根本就是抄一遍了事，沒有掌握單詞的拼寫。要求背誦課文，有的同學(xué)連讀都不讀，這在第二天的課堂上都能體現(xiàn)出來。

　　第二個(gè)感覺呢，從我們期中測驗(yàn)卷上可以看得出，成績不夠理想。從卷面反饋來看，同學(xué)們的基礎(chǔ)比較薄弱。單詞拼寫錯(cuò)誤多說明單詞背得不熟練，句型搭配、連詞成句錯(cuò)的多說明課文不熟悉，而書面表達(dá)也體現(xiàn)了孩子們綜合知識(shí)的運(yùn)用能力還欠缺。最終反映出課后功夫下的不夠。

　　今年學(xué)校同樣非常重視六年級(jí)，對(duì)英語也是提到了要特別提高。所以，對(duì)于我們這一屆孩子我們學(xué)校是寄予了很大希望的，作為老師我們也是滿懷信心和熱情。作為不經(jīng)常使用的外語，僅靠課堂上的四十分鐘是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，大量的讀背默要在課外完成，這些也是英語學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)于自制力較弱的孩子來說，我覺得家長的督促尤為重要。 所以在上次開家長會(huì)時(shí)我請(qǐng)家長們一定要做好督促工作。

　　1、每天的作業(yè)都記在家庭作業(yè)本上，請(qǐng)家長在作業(yè)本上簽字。簽字的目的，不是為了簽字而簽字，讀，讀了么，是不是跟錄音讀的；背，背的熟不熟。每天的作業(yè)老師指出的錯(cuò)誤及時(shí)糾正了么。

　　2、默單詞、詞組不是默完就算，一定要讓孩子對(duì)著書檢查一遍，把錯(cuò)的改正再背會(huì)，才真正起到默的效果。每課的的單詞默寫，一般要求當(dāng)天教當(dāng)天默。這是符合人的遺忘規(guī)律的。效果要比過幾天補(bǔ)要好的多，這樣，在學(xué)校默的時(shí)候，學(xué)生就有底氣，正確率高，這也是一次成功的體驗(yàn)，可以增強(qiáng)孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的信心。

　　一、試卷分析：

　　本次初三英語期中考試試卷總分120分。該份試卷緊扣教材，突出重點(diǎn)，注重對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)語法和基本技能的考查，試卷質(zhì)量很高。

　　二、問題及對(duì)策

　　（一）問題

　　1、兩極分化明顯，初三（1）班最高分115分，最低分17分。因此如何有效地抑制兩極分化，對(duì)學(xué)有困難的學(xué)生的轉(zhuǎn)化提高，大面積提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，對(duì)我來說，任務(wù)依然艱巨。

　　2、基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能不扎實(shí)，學(xué)生對(duì)一些基本詞匯、語法、句型的掌握不夠熟練，也就談不上運(yùn)用了。因此，課堂教學(xué)中如何注重基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能的合理、有效地訓(xùn)練，應(yīng)引起高度重視。

　　3、學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用語言的能力不強(qiáng)，試卷中有許多試題要求學(xué)生在一定的語境中靈活運(yùn)用知識(shí)獨(dú)立解決。但考查的結(jié)果卻暴露教學(xué)中的一個(gè)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。因此，在平時(shí)教學(xué)中如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用語言的能力應(yīng)引起教師的高度重視，而不是單純地講語法，學(xué)生背語法。第二大題單項(xiàng)填空中，錯(cuò)誤率較高。主要問題是對(duì)單詞沒理解透，平時(shí)講過的語法沒記住，不能靈活應(yīng)用。交際運(yùn)用27題失分較多，主要是上下文理解不到位。

　　4、學(xué)生的書面表達(dá)中中國式的英語較多，拼寫錯(cuò)誤也較多，在日常教學(xué)中如何對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行有效的寫的訓(xùn)練仍是需要考慮的問題。書面表達(dá)中學(xué)生的主要錯(cuò)誤有：

　　1）在句子翻譯時(shí)不尊重原句的中文意思，改變了句意，句式結(jié)構(gòu)使用錯(cuò)誤；

　　2）不會(huì)用英語思考，用英語表達(dá)的能力較差，出現(xiàn)了很多漢語英語；

　　第一大題是“單項(xiàng)選擇”，每小題1分，共10分。考查特殊疑問詞及時(shí)態(tài)1小題，現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)2小題，讓步狀語從句1小題，一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的被動(dòng)語態(tài)1小題，現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)1小題，考查現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)have been to與have gone to的區(qū)別1小題，短語運(yùn)用1小題。短語或單詞的區(qū)別使用3小題。主要失分是涉及語境題，學(xué)生沒有正確理解上下文。

　　本大題的10小題考查的知識(shí)較全面，覆蓋面廣，重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)比較突出。注意了語言的實(shí)用性和趣味性，避免了對(duì)語法知識(shí)機(jī)械記憶的檢測，同時(shí)，對(duì)學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能全方位考查。

　　第二大題是情景交際：

　　（A）根據(jù)對(duì)話內(nèi)容選擇正確選項(xiàng)（5分），這部分學(xué)生完成的比較好，基本沒失分；

　　（B）根據(jù)對(duì)話內(nèi)容填入適當(dāng)?shù)脑~（5分），這一題學(xué)生錯(cuò)的較多，特別是差生。

　　第三大題是“完形填空”。共設(shè)10個(gè)空，每空提供了四個(gè)選項(xiàng)。主要失分是第9小題。此題設(shè)計(jì)的選擇項(xiàng)主要考查了學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與閱讀理解能力。

　　第四大題是閱讀理解共20分。A部分為閱讀理解題，閱讀短文一篇，學(xué)生做的很好，幾乎沒失分；B篇短文是要求學(xué)生根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容填空，每空填一詞，共10個(gè)空格，計(jì)10分。主要失分是第2、4、5小題。

　　此題失分主要原因是學(xué)生沒有準(zhǔn)確把握短文的意思，沒有準(zhǔn)確地把握題意，沒有掌握好學(xué)過的詞匯和時(shí)態(tài)的運(yùn)用，也就無法填上正確的單詞。

　　第二部分為“寫作”。共5大題：

　　1、詞匯（A）根據(jù)句意及首字母提示不全單詞（5分），主要失分是第3小題。（B）根據(jù)句意，用所給單詞或詞組的適當(dāng)形式填空（10分）。

　　2、句型轉(zhuǎn)換5小題，共12空格，此題失分主要是在第5小題。

　　3、選詞填空，并注意詞的正確形式（5分），主要失分在第4個(gè)空格，是因?yàn)闆]有較好的理解文章的意思。

　　4、看圖寫話。此題優(yōu)等生做的比較好，中等生時(shí)態(tài)和語序錯(cuò)的較明顯，單詞拼寫錯(cuò)的夜較多，差生很多是亂寫或空白。

　　5、書面表達(dá)（10分）。此題是要求學(xué)生根據(jù)提示寫一篇作文，這一題的情況和看圖寫話一樣。此題主要是審題。明確寫作要求和目的。對(duì)于優(yōu)等生應(yīng)該說是比較容易的，但有35%的學(xué)生得3分以下。失分的主要原因有：

　　（1）部分學(xué)生的英語基礎(chǔ)較差，句子不會(huì)寫，導(dǎo)致少數(shù)學(xué)生只是盲目地抄襲一篇；

　　我把這個(gè)學(xué)期的復(fù)習(xí)工作分為兩輪進(jìn)行，第一輪為基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)復(fù)習(xí)，在這一輪中，一要過好單詞關(guān)，在單詞的復(fù)習(xí)中，按詞性歸類復(fù)習(xí)單詞，按詞匯表復(fù)習(xí)單詞，并把四會(huì)單詞整理打印出來，要求學(xué)生能默寫。二要過好詞組關(guān)。三要過好句子關(guān)。重點(diǎn)句型也整理并打印出來，要求學(xué)生能熟練背誦并靈活應(yīng)用。四要過好閱讀關(guān)。把單詞，詞組，句子和短文作為一個(gè)有機(jī)整體，在復(fù)習(xí)過程中將它們緊密結(jié)合起來，合理安排教學(xué)內(nèi)容，提高學(xué)生整體運(yùn)用知識(shí)的能力。第二輪復(fù)習(xí)是后期進(jìn)行模擬訓(xùn)練，了解學(xué)生的復(fù)習(xí)狀況，做到有的放矢，查漏補(bǔ)缺，讓學(xué)生熟悉考試題型，做到得心應(yīng)手。

　　在復(fù)習(xí)的過程中，我特別注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

　　1.重視四會(huì)單詞的默寫，平時(shí)讓學(xué)生多背多默，教給學(xué)生一些簡單有效的單詞記憶方法，并讓學(xué)生自己摸索發(fā)現(xiàn)單詞記憶的巧妙方法。

　　2.閱讀是學(xué)生的弱項(xiàng)，多數(shù)學(xué)生有一個(gè)通病，看到短文就放棄閱讀，做題都是生搬硬套，瞎蒙。所以在復(fù)習(xí)過程中我特別加強(qiáng)這一塊的指導(dǎo)與練習(xí)。在平時(shí)的閱讀教學(xué)中，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生多讀多思考，教給學(xué)生一定的閱讀方法和技巧，讓多數(shù)學(xué)生能做到獨(dú)立完成閱讀類練習(xí)。

　　3. 注重復(fù)習(xí)過程中的趣味性，根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)一些趣味小游戲和活動(dòng)，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性，盡量減少學(xué)生在復(fù)習(xí)過程中出現(xiàn)的倦怠感，使學(xué)生在愉快復(fù)習(xí)中得到進(jìn)步與提高。

　　4. 重視培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差。在我所任教的班級(jí)中，兩極分化明顯，優(yōu)生能輕松掌握所學(xué)內(nèi)容，靈活應(yīng)用所學(xué)知識(shí)。少數(shù)學(xué)困生不能正確規(guī)范地書寫單詞，不能正確背誦默寫26個(gè)大小寫字母。所以在復(fù)習(xí)過程中，我進(jìn)行了分層教學(xué)，對(duì)基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生重點(diǎn)放在字母表，四會(huì)單詞和重點(diǎn)句型的熟讀和識(shí)記上，并多花時(shí)間和心思指導(dǎo)他們的書寫，爭取讓學(xué)生過書寫關(guān)。對(duì)一部分優(yōu)生重點(diǎn)放在能力的培養(yǎng)和知識(shí)的綜合運(yùn)用上。但是對(duì)于學(xué)困生的教學(xué)，是我在教學(xué)工作中的面臨的一大困難。想了不少方法，但由于任教的班級(jí)多，關(guān)注度有限，往往顧此失彼，收效甚微。所以更好地培優(yōu)輔差是我今后工作中努力的方向。
