一.上期工作
1. 舉行鄭州市中學生英語演講比賽
為了激發學生學習英語的興趣,活躍校園文化生活,培養學生的語言技能,上學期舉辦了“鄭州市中學生英語演講比賽”,競賽采用抽簽準備、限時演講的比賽形式。9月學校初賽,10月下旬各縣(區)和市區教研協作區預賽,12月在鄭州市教育局7樓會議室舉行了決賽。最終,獲得初中前五名的是:57中 任冠南,外國語學校 倪靖涵,62中 荊宜松,外國語分校 趙明華;高中前五名是:省實驗分校 張夏楠,外國語學校 張旭,外國語學校 張妍,29中 沙漠,4中 張一雅。
2. 舉行高中英語新課程培訓
為了促進高中英語課改在我市的順利實施,去年暑假期間我們在鄭州11中、12中、16中和外語學校對我市新高一、新高二的英語教師分別進行了新課程培訓。

3.舉辦協作區主題教研活動

去年10月,我們在外國語中學舉行了中考復習備考研討會。在會議上,省實驗中學的王千山和鄭州中學的郭曉慧兩位老師介紹了復習備考的做法和經驗,陶繼紅老師分析了鄭州市九年級二檢英語試題,對學生答題錯誤進行了點評,并就復習備考提出了建議。
6.下校聽課調研,開展課堂觀察活動
為了了解學校課程標準解讀的情況,深入開展校本教研,促進英語課堂教學改革,教研室堅持下校聽課調研。上學期, 高中到了鄭州5中、 9中、11中、12中、14中、19中、47中、回中、106、鄭州中學等校;初中到了3中、52、62、63、73、76、79、102 等學校,另外,學科還到了26、42、103、農大附中等學校參加了教學研討活動。
為了增強聽課調研的科學性,提高聽課指導的有效性,上學期教研室以學科為單位,開展了課堂觀察活動。我們選擇了鄭州51中的王媛媛、鄭州4中的白書鋒兩位教師作為觀察對象,將觀察維度定為教師課堂教學中的對話視角,并選擇了提問方式、等待時間、學生回答方式和教師理答方式四個觀察點進行觀察,以增強課堂觀察的可操作性和數據直觀性。我們集體設計了英語課堂提問觀察量表,對兩位教師我門學科四位教研員集體聽課觀察各兩次。通過這次活動我們體會到:
首先,從觀察中我們感受到課堂觀察對教師的引領作用。觀察量表中觀察點的設置其實就是提醒教師在教學中應該避免的問題和努力的方向,當教師看到這些量表時,她們會有意地去避免觀察點中那些不當之處的發生。正如被觀察者自己所說:從來沒想過提問學生還有這么多的講究,以后我們就知道課堂提問的方向和做法了。
其次,通過兩次觀察我們明顯的感到課后交流對老師的促進作用。通過向被觀察者展示觀察數據,可以使他們更真實客觀的自己的教學,發現課堂教學中在提問環節上存在的不足,以便在以后的教學中改進。
最后,課堂觀察作為一種科學研究的方法,對我們的課堂教學研究了可觀察、可記錄、可解釋的依據,有利于教師更好的反思教學和改進教學。被觀察的老師和所在的學校都給與高度重視,積極參與,使得觀察活動得以順利進行。
作為教研室開展不久的一項活動,我們也感到一些不足之處,主要表現在:
第一. 在數據統計過程中,我們感到如何提高觀察數據的效度和信度是關鍵。
第二. 課堂觀察會使得觀察者將注意力都放在觀察點上,而沒有精力顧及其他。我們四人分工合作,每人只觀察和記錄一個點就已經手忙腳亂,無暇顧及整個教學過程。課后交流也只能重點反饋觀察點的問題,因此,對教師的教學目標、教學方法等方面則沒有傳統聽評課的方式把握得透徹。
二.本期主要工作
1、全面推進細化解讀課程標準工作
根據《鄭州市教育局關于全面推進細化解讀課程標準工作的指導意見》,為了進一步開展鄭州市中學英語學科的細化解讀課程標準工作,促進課程改革目標在中學英語課程實施中的落實,在前段研究工作經驗的基礎上,我們提出了“中學英語學科關于全面推進細化解續課程標準工作的指導意見”。
1)認真學習《英語課程標準》,明確英語新課程的性質、總體目標及基本理念,準確把握知識與能力,過程與方法、情感態度與價值觀三維目標的內涵以及三者之間內在統一的關系,為開展細化解讀課程標準工作打下良好的基礎。
2)提高對開展細化解讀課程標準工作必要性的認識,明確細化解讀課程標準工作對于提高一線英語教師的課程實施水平的重要意義與作用。
當前新課程實施中出現的問題主要表現在一線教師只是較為被動地、機械地使用新課程,很少考慮革新課程或改進革新的效果,對課程標準的依賴性較強。因此,開展細化解讀課程標準工作,為一線教師在新課程的實施過程中了、反思、提升的平臺,有利于促進教師在課程實施過程中主動對現有課程進行調適、增刪和完善,促使課程的理念方法與實際的教育環境相結合,從而保證課程實施的有效性。
同時,細化解讀課程標準工作為建立和完善標本教研機制、為教師的同伴互助保障。細化解讀課程標準工作為一線教師了解決課堂教學存在的問題,分享彼此的專業知識、經驗,學習新的教學技能,提高教學表達技能的有效渠道,有助于滿足教師的職業需求,促進教師的專業成長。
3)結合實際,制定開展細化解讀課程標準工作的實施

教師個人研讀課程標準,結合教學體會,自覺進行分解課標、重構學習目標的實踐,不斷反思,經驗,牢固樹立目標意識,以促進課堂教學效率的提高。
備課組組織教師定期集體研讀課標,交流體會,形成共識。 學科組組織各備課組之間互相學習解讀方法,取長補短,研討細
化解讀課程標準的深度與廣度,把握方向,保證細化解讀課程標準的整體性。
各協作區組織各校英語科的研討、觀摩活動,做到專項研究與合作研究相結合,推廣經驗,開發多元化解讀模式,促進中學英語學科細化解讀課程標準工作整體水平的提高。
(2)遵循制定學習目標的原則,確保細化解讀課程標準工作的科學性。
細化解讀課程標準應遵循以下原則:
整體性原則,即模塊或學段教學的整體性和學習過程設計的整體性。
教師應首先明確每學段、每一模塊整體的教學意圖,然后審視每一單元的課程內容,最后落實到課時目標的制定與實施。
在進行學習過程的設計時,教師要把初、高中三年學習的內容作為一個整體進行設計,使之在時序、內容、難易程度和內在邏輯上有一個總體的思路,課時目標與學段、單元目標一致,對全體學生的學習過程有一個完整的規劃,確定所有學生在三年學習后應達到的平均水平,體現“面向全體學生”的教學理念。
