　　由于我們是農村學校，英語學科的學習可以算是一個硬傷！在畢業考中要想取得與數學、語文、科學同等的好成績這個結果，無論是對于教師還是學生都是一個非常艱巨的任務。首先對于學生來說，英語這一科完全是陌生的學科，我們學校只有短短三年的系統學習的時間，就好比上到3年級的知識卻要考6年級的難度，怎么可能呢？而對于老師來說，在遠遠少于其他學科的有限的時間中，要將一年級的孩子直接教到六年級的水平也只能選擇純粹的知識灌輸，這就免不了少了讓孩子體會循序漸進的這種大量樂趣，從而使一部分學生喪失了對這一學科的興趣和熱情，給教學帶來了不便。

　　雖然，在平時的教學工作中，我已經盡量使用多媒體，并且堅持每節課有課前熱身活動：如小詩，歌曲，身體律動等等，但是問題也隨之而來--這些被有趣小知識占用的時間就會影響應試的大知識的傳授。所以，我一直有個困惑，英語學科的興趣培養和知識教學到底應該怎么樣來協調和融合？

　　以上是我對英語學科現狀的一些感受，下面是孩子們的學習情況。 從期中之前的情況來看呢，我感覺孩子學習勁頭還是比較足的。大多數孩子上課時能夠認真聽講、積極發言，還有一些孩子學習很踏實、很用心，絕大部分同學同學作業都能按時完成。但是完成質量高的不多。比如，我布置的默寫單詞、詞組，一些同學根本就是抄一遍了事，沒有掌握單詞的拼寫。要求背誦課文，有的同學連讀都不讀，這在第二天的課堂上都能體現出來。

　　第二個感覺呢，從我們期中測驗卷上可以看得出，成績不夠理想。從卷面反饋來看，同學們的基礎比較薄弱。單詞拼寫錯誤多說明單詞背得不熟練，句型搭配、連詞成句錯的多說明課文不熟悉，而書面表達也體現了孩子們綜合知識的運用能力還欠缺。最終反映出課后功夫下的不夠。

　　今年學校同樣非常重視六年級，對英語也是提到了要特別提高。所以，對于我們這一屆孩子我們學校是寄予了很大希望的，作為老師我們也是滿懷信心和熱情。作為不經常使用的外語，僅靠課堂上的四十分鐘是遠遠不夠的，大量的讀背默要在課外完成，這些也是英語學習的基礎，對于自制力較弱的孩子來說，我覺得家長的督促尤為重要。 所以在上次開家長會時我請家長們一定要做好督促工作。

　　1、每天的作業都記在家庭作業本上，請家長在作業本上簽字。簽字的目的，不是為了簽字而簽字，讀，讀了么，是不是跟錄音讀的；背，背的熟不熟。每天的作業老師指出的錯誤及時糾正了么。

　　2、默單詞、詞組不是默完就算，一定要讓孩子對著書檢查一遍，把錯的改正再背會，才真正起到默的效果。每課的的單詞默寫，一般要求當天教當天默。這是符合人的遺忘規律的。效果要比過幾天補要好的多，這樣，在學校默的時候，學生就有底氣，正確率高，這也是一次成功的體驗，可以增強孩子學習英語的信心。

　　3、經常檢查孩子的書，一是可以看出孩子上課是否認真聽了、記了，二是督促孩子及時復習老師上課是講的重點。

　　第二部分為“寫作”。共5大題：

　　1、詞匯（A）根據句意及首字母提示不全單詞（5分），主要失分是第3小題。（B）根據句意，用所給單詞或詞組的適當形式填空（10分）。

　　2、句型轉換5小題，共12空格，此題失分主要是在第5小題。

　　3、選詞填空，并注意詞的正確形式（5分），主要失分在第4個空格，是因為沒有較好的理解文章的意思。

　　4、看圖寫話。此題優等生做的比較好，中等生時態和語序錯的較明顯，單詞拼寫錯的夜較多，差生很多是亂寫或空白。

　　5、書面表達（10分）。此題是要求學生根據提示寫一篇作文，這一題的情況和看圖寫話一樣。此題主要是審題。明確寫作要求和目的。對于優等生應該說是比較容易的，但有35%的學生得3分以下。失分的主要原因有：

　　（1）部分學生的英語基礎較差，句子不會寫，導致少數學生只是盲目地抄襲一篇；

To explore the universe is always my desire, no matter through the telescope or visiting the universe in a spaceship on my own.

　　But I won’t let the dream just be a dream. I’ll make it light my life though my action. Now my dream is guiding me work for the life being an astronomer. I study hard in all my subjects and especially physics. I also read various books about astronomy in my spear time such as the brief history of time, the relativity and some astronomy text books used in college. In order to help me understand what I read from books better I join some MOOCs. Accumulating knowledge day by day, I am working hard to achieve my dream.

　　大家好!今天很榮幸能在這里就六年級英語教學工作與大家進行探究交流。我是第一次任教小學六年級的英語，沒有太多的經驗，只有自己在教學過程中的一些想法，做法及取得的一些心得體會，希望和大家交流分享。

　　我把這個學期的復習工作分為兩輪進行，第一輪為基礎知識復習，在這一輪中，一要過好單詞關，在單詞的復習中，按詞性歸類復習單詞，按詞匯表復習單詞，并把四會單詞整理打印出來，要求學生能默寫。二要過好詞組關。三要過好句子關。重點句型也整理并打印出來，要求學生能熟練背誦并靈活應用。四要過好閱讀關。把單詞，詞組，句子和短文作為一個有機整體，在復習過程中將它們緊密結合起來，合理安排教學內容，提高學生整體運用知識的能力。第二輪復習是后期進行模擬訓練，了解學生的復習狀況，做到有的放矢，查漏補缺，讓學生熟悉考試題型，做到得心應手。

　　在復習的過程中，我特別注意以下幾點：

　　1.重視四會單詞的默寫，平時讓學生多背多默，教給學生一些簡單有效的單詞記憶方法，并讓學生自己摸索發現單詞記憶的巧妙方法。

　　2.閱讀是學生的弱項，多數學生有一個通病，看到短文就放棄閱讀，做題都是生搬硬套，瞎蒙。所以在復習過程中我特別加強這一塊的指導與練習。在平時的閱讀教學中，鼓勵學生多讀多思考，教給學生一定的閱讀方法和技巧，讓多數學生能做到獨立完成閱讀類練習。

　　3. 注重復習過程中的趣味性，根據教學內容設計一些趣味小游戲和活動，充分調動學生學習的積極性，盡量減少學生在復習過程中出現的倦怠感，使學生在愉快復習中得到進步與提高。

　　4. 重視培優補差。在我所任教的班級中，兩極分化明顯，優生能輕松掌握所學內容，靈活應用所學知識。少數學困生不能正確規范地書寫單詞，不能正確背誦默寫26個大小寫字母。所以在復習過程中，我進行了分層教學，對基礎差的學生重點放在字母表，四會單詞和重點句型的熟讀和識記上，并多花時間和心思指導他們的書寫，爭取讓學生過書寫關。對一部分優生重點放在能力的培養和知識的綜合運用上。但是對于學困生的教學，是我在教學工作中的面臨的一大困難。想了不少方法，但由于任教的班級多，關注度有限，往往顧此失彼，收效甚微。所以更好地培優輔差是我今后工作中努力的方向。

　　以上是我在教學中一些做法和淺薄的看法，有說得不恰當不合理之處，請大家給以指正，并提出寶貴建議，謝謝大家。
