Should he fight the unbeatable foe and right the wrong, should he bear with unbearable sorrow, should he ruin himself in twisted enthusiasm, he would be Hamlet.

　　Among all the masterpieces of William Shakespeare, “Hamlet”， undoubtedly is worshipped and as one of the most successful and admired tragedies, while the character Hamlet remains one of the most loved dramatis personas in all-time history of literature.

　　To have read Shakespeare's “Romeo and Juliet” by the age of 16, I was moved to tears, while having no empathy with his another great one “Tempest”。 Presumably when I get 60 or older, I could be wise enough to understand the latter, but find it nothing worthwhile to go over the former one, where lays a romantic story that the only youngsters are addicted to. But it's a fact that whenever in our lifetime after gaining such experiences as getting through hard times, or, finding a real self, from “Hamlet”， we always find something that we consider as perpetuation, which is worth deep thoughts. This is because it highlights Hamlet's choices of life, choices made under certain circumstances of history and society, requested by the fate extraordinary to Hamlet himself, but ordinary to mankind. That is, to some extent, his experiences make a similar one to ours and, his destiny is something we're facing sometime in our own lives.

　　We're possibly the same. We explore the truth in the dark. We discover facts from the mist. We lose ourselves in determinations. 　　I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read  it yesterday.

　　Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre.

　　My first impression of this story was from screen.

　　It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't remember which movie edition I had  seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. I was very favor of a section of  music in its balls. It's pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I   liked Elizabeth, the heroine,though I didn't think she's beautiful. But she's smart. However, I didn't  pay much attention to the plot. I thought it's so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I  haven't read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice.

　　In fact, I didn't understand the story at that time. I didn't know why it called Pride and Prejudice.  Of course someone was pride, but I didn't find where' s the prejudice. I thought it's normal, the way  people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie  everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I'm a  prejudiced person so I can't find where's wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I  meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood  of the time.

　　作為一個小學(xué)教英語教師，我深深感受到自己需要學(xué)習(xí)的知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)還很多很多。教學(xué)的期刊，書籍有很多，而且眾說紛紜。但是，所有的實(shí)踐和經(jīng)驗(yàn)都要在課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的指導(dǎo)之下。正好這學(xué)期我所讀的本學(xué)科書目是《小學(xué)英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》好好學(xué)習(xí)了一下新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，我有以下幾點(diǎn)體會：

　　一、更加面向全體學(xué)生

　　面向全體學(xué)生，注重素質(zhì)教育是國家義務(wù)教育階段的基本要求，教師面對的不僅是一個個學(xué)生的個體，而是群體。每個學(xué)生的智力水平和情感因素又各不相同，教師的教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)目標(biāo)和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的設(shè)計和實(shí)施都必須面向全體學(xué)生。不能跟著學(xué)習(xí)最快的學(xué)生的節(jié)奏，而是綜合考慮到全班學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)水平。

　　二、要創(chuàng)設(shè)自主、合作、探究的學(xué)習(xí)方式

　　《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》提出：“讓學(xué)生在教師的指導(dǎo)下，通過感知、體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐、參與、合作等方式，實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標(biāo)，感受成功。”它所強(qiáng)調(diào)的是教學(xué)過程是師生交往、共同發(fā)展互動過程。教師在教授學(xué)生英語知識的同時，更加需要培養(yǎng)的是是學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力，要讓學(xué)生能夠?qū)W會獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)。教學(xué)，教的不是知識，而是教學(xué)生會學(xué)習(xí)，并使其過程更多地成為學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、提出問題、分析問題和解決問題的過程。

　　三、更加以學(xué)生為主體的情境教學(xué)方式

　　在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中，興趣、情境、活動是三個非常重要的因素。興趣是學(xué)習(xí)英語的動力，活動是提高小學(xué)生英語運(yùn)用能力的主要途徑。教師要保持學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，就必須精神設(shè)計教學(xué)活動，并使活動情境化。設(shè)計和組織教學(xué)活動是一項創(chuàng)造性的勞動，有了情境，各種活動就有了依托，活動就會生活化、趣味化和真實(shí)化。

　　四、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合能力，三維要求為一體

　　教師傳授英語的過程，是學(xué)生增長知識、掌握技能、學(xué)習(xí)文化、提高語言運(yùn)用能力的過程，也是他們豐富情感、陶冶情操、展開聯(lián)想、進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性思維的過程。因此在課堂上要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力；抓好語言技能訓(xùn)練，促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合語言運(yùn)用能力的發(fā)展；培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、思維及想象力；注重營造生動的理念，活潑的課堂。

　　五、要有多樣化的教學(xué)評價方式

　　教學(xué)評價是教學(xué)活動不可或缺的一個組成部分。評價主要是為了了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)展，檢查英語教學(xué)是否達(dá)到教學(xué)目標(biāo)，揭示英語教學(xué)過程的價值和效果，進(jìn)一步調(diào)整和改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法，促進(jìn)每一個學(xué)生的發(fā)展，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。在倡導(dǎo)發(fā)展性評價的同時，我們要充分體現(xiàn)在教學(xué)評價中的人文性、過程性、開放性、激勵性和多元性。

　　新課標(biāo)對教師提出了新的要求，既有知識結(jié)構(gòu)、教育方式等方面的更新，又有對教學(xué)目的和對學(xué)生評價方式的調(diào)整，其核心便是教育對“學(xué)生主體”的尊重，正是這些話語，讓我又一次開始深思和探索，關(guān)注每位學(xué)生的身心健康發(fā)展，爭取給每位學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)帶來新鮮的色彩。

　　多讀書，為自己充電，補(bǔ)充能源。首先按照學(xué)校安排，根據(jù)自己的學(xué)科特點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真閱讀了《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。

　　翻開目錄，這本書從課程性質(zhì)到課程基本理念，再到課程設(shè)計思路，還有課程目標(biāo)，分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，實(shí)施建議，更有一些與學(xué)科相關(guān)的附錄內(nèi)容，供我們學(xué)習(xí)和參考。從宏觀到具體，很詳細(xì)的為我們做了介紹。

　　總所周知，英語是全球使用最廣泛的語言之一，是國際交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具。所以我國為提高整體國民素質(zhì)，從義務(wù)教育階段開設(shè)英語課。

　　根據(jù)書中所講，義務(wù)教育階段英語課程的總目標(biāo)是：通過英語學(xué)習(xí)使學(xué)生形成初步的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力，促進(jìn)心智發(fā)展，提高綜合人文素養(yǎng)。書中多次提到“綜合語言運(yùn)用能力”，通過讀這本書，我了解到，綜合語言運(yùn)用能力要建立在語言技能、語言知識、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識等方面。

　　針對以上五個方面，我仔細(xì)反思了我的日常教學(xué)，我認(rèn)為我在平時英語教學(xué)中，重視了對語言，技能的培養(yǎng)，即：聽、說、讀、寫。在教學(xué)實(shí)際中，我們經(jīng)常通過“我說英語，你說漢語”、“你說英語，我說漢語”以及“大小聲”、“看口型”等游戲練習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)，鍛煉和培養(yǎng)孩子的聽、說能力。又經(jīng)常開火車、排排讀、列列讀、個別讀、齊讀等方式培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的讀的能力。寫的方面除了通過抄寫單詞和句子之外，還有課前5分鐘聽寫環(huán)節(jié)，鍛煉孩子的書寫能力。

　　對于語言知識方面，也在教學(xué)設(shè)計中，設(shè)計了許多環(huán)節(jié)滲透了語音、詞匯、語法、功能、話題等內(nèi)容。三四年級重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的語音和詞匯能力，四五年級開始涉及語法、功能和話題能力的培養(yǎng)。而對于文化意識、情感態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)策略，重視與實(shí)施較少，因?yàn)槊恐苷n時較短，因此受到了一定的限制。

　　因此，我們要在以后的教學(xué)過程中，注意協(xié)調(diào)這五個方面，除了繼續(xù)重視語言技能和語言知識的培養(yǎng)，但是也要繼續(xù)創(chuàng)新和強(qiáng)化，還要多加設(shè)計文化意識、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略的環(huán)節(jié)，例如，可以通過讓學(xué)生搜集一些關(guān)于外國文化的知識，對比國內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)文化，這樣既可以拓展學(xué)生的文化知識，以及對文化的理解，還可以激發(fā)他們的興趣，發(fā)展合作交流討論的能力，更可以培養(yǎng)愛國意識和拓寬國際視野。

　　還可以經(jīng)常組織孩子交流學(xué)習(xí)英語的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法，組織各種展示和表演機(jī)會，之后總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，這樣做就能注意涉及培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的交際和認(rèn)知、調(diào)控、分享能力。

　　就像書中給我們的教學(xué)建議，我們的課堂要為每個學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語奠定基礎(chǔ)；注重培養(yǎng)語言運(yùn)用能力；加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)策略指導(dǎo)，培養(yǎng)自主學(xué)習(xí)能力；培養(yǎng)跨文化交際意識；拓展學(xué)習(xí)途徑。這就要求我們還要不斷的提高專業(yè)水平，以適應(yīng)英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對我們提出的要求。

　　英語是高中階段外語教育的主要語種，高中階段的外語教育是培養(yǎng)公民外語素質(zhì)的重要過程，它既要滿足學(xué)生心智和情感態(tài)度的發(fā)展需求以及高中畢業(yè)生就業(yè)、升學(xué)和對未來生存發(fā)展的需要，同時還要滿足國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和科技發(fā)展對人才培養(yǎng)的需求。普通高中英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就是在這樣的精神和要求下制定出來的。

　　仔細(xì)讀了《普通高中英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)本次高中課程改革在理念上，課程設(shè)計上，課程內(nèi)容上，教學(xué)方式上和教材編寫都比原來有了很大的變化，突出了新課程“新”的特點(diǎn)。

　　首先是教材的變化。新教材具有靈活性和可選擇性的特點(diǎn)。宏觀上，目前有多種教材可供教師和學(xué)生選擇；微觀上，一套教材的組成部分也具有可選擇性，教材的具體內(nèi)容也是可選擇的。這樣教師可以對教材進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整和取舍。本次編寫的教材使用真實(shí)、地道的當(dāng)代英語語言材料，教材中所選語言材料力求做到符合學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際、認(rèn)知水平和知識水平。而教材所設(shè)計的教學(xué)是以活動為主要呈現(xiàn)形式。教材中設(shè)計的活動以意義的理解和表達(dá)為主要目的；盡可能避免直接呈現(xiàn)語言知識和語言素材的編排方式。避免過于機(jī)械的語言操練活動。給學(xué)生提供了真實(shí)表達(dá)的機(jī)會。此外，本次改革注重中外文化的比較和交流，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生跨文化交際的意識和能力。多數(shù)教材都能以適當(dāng)?shù)姆绞较驅(qū)W生介紹外國文化并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對中外文化進(jìn)行比較。有利于學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)過程和結(jié)果進(jìn)行自我評價。最后，教材以適當(dāng)?shù)男问綆椭鷮W(xué)生了解自己的學(xué)習(xí)情況，監(jiān)控學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果。

　　一、激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣

　　興趣是最好的老師，學(xué)生只有對英語有濃厚的興趣才會愿意學(xué)，要讓學(xué)生有興趣，我們首先得讓學(xué)生感到英語易學(xué)，其次讓學(xué)生樂學(xué)，最后培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力，培養(yǎng)他們對英語學(xué)習(xí)的積極態(tài)度。使他們建立初步的學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心。

　　二、教學(xué)方式

　　依據(jù)新課標(biāo)的要求，新教材的教學(xué)必須根據(jù)小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)，創(chuàng)建以活動課為主的教學(xué)模式。重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用語言進(jìn)行交流的能力。采用聽、說、唱、玩、演的方式對于零起點(diǎn)的農(nóng)村的學(xué)生來說，我認(rèn)為要盡可能讓他們多聽地道的英語，語言介紹宜采用先輸入后輸出的方式。

　　即盡可能讓學(xué)生多聽，運(yùn)用聽覺記憶，使他們用第一語言做出反應(yīng)，在課堂實(shí)際教學(xué)中如何進(jìn)行操作呢？例如，教文具單詞時，以前教師大部分采用這樣的方法：Look at the picture and read after

　　me。出示圖片，學(xué)生跟讀。現(xiàn)在新教材要求在Just listen這一步時教師出示圖片，反復(fù)示范發(fā)音，讓學(xué)生靜聽，使他們處在聽覺記憶的過程中，然后可以把圖片朝下，打亂順序，由教師本人抽出一張，做猜謎游戲，教師問：Pencil？ Is it a pencil？學(xué)生只要回答Yes或No即可，這一步學(xué)生仍然是聽，并用第一語言作出反應(yīng)。

　　即學(xué)生在聽的過程中指一指，找一找，做出相應(yīng)的動作，這一階段他們運(yùn)用的是形體或運(yùn)動記憶，心得體會《讀《小學(xué)英語新課標(biāo)》心得體會》如Listen and point/colour/number/circle/check。也就是教師發(fā)指令，學(xué)生動一動，例如在教數(shù)字時，教師快速報數(shù)字，學(xué)生做出手勢，再把數(shù)字卡片發(fā)給學(xué)生，按照老師的口令排順序，我們還可以設(shè)計這樣的游戲：在教室前放幾把椅子，讓手持?jǐn)?shù)字卡片的學(xué)生坐在椅子上，教師報出兩個數(shù)字，手持這兩個數(shù)字的學(xué)生盡快更換位置，教師也可參與進(jìn)去搶座位，這樣，形體記憶在這一階段得到發(fā)揮。

　　即學(xué)生先聽再重復(fù)，這時他們運(yùn)用的是短期記憶，也就是跟讀學(xué)說的過程，如在教對話時，教師放錄音學(xué)生邊聽邊看，繼續(xù)放錄音，學(xué)生聽替換進(jìn)對話里的新單詞，邊聽，邊說，就屬于這一過程，在教句型時，由于不講語法，我們可以教學(xué)生唱語法歌，教材中配有相應(yīng)的語法歌。

　　在這一階段學(xué)生能夠開始用英語說話，這時他們運(yùn)用的是長時記憶，他們可以用英語選擇他們會說的，每個學(xué)生都會有成功的愉悅。例如，教食物bread，ice—cream…和句型I like …，I don’t like…可采用開放式教學(xué)，讓他們自由選擇所知道的食物來說出喜歡吃的和不喜歡吃的，有的學(xué)生就會說出，sandwish，salad…這樣能使學(xué)生感到成功增加他們的自信心。

　　在這一階段學(xué)生能說出他們所學(xué)的內(nèi)容，甚至能脫口而出，這是長期記憶起著作用。在這一步中，可讓學(xué)生表演，自由對話，復(fù)述故事，同時教師不必急于糾正學(xué)生語言表現(xiàn)中的錯誤，要讓學(xué)生有安全感，并積極主動地學(xué)習(xí)外語。鼓勵學(xué)生積極參與，大膽表達(dá)使學(xué)生從動腦、動口、積極思維參與教學(xué)活動。如低年級學(xué)生可靈活處理教材內(nèi)容，將其編成兒歌、童謠。課堂中多采用游戲教學(xué)法，加上教師靈活親切的身體語言，使得課堂豐富多彩、輕松活躍。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生能在圖片、手勢的幫助下，聽懂語速較慢的話語或錄音材料。

　　三、創(chuàng)設(shè)情景

　　用自己充滿激情的表情和動作去感染學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生積極的參與到學(xué)習(xí)中來。變被動學(xué)習(xí)為主動學(xué)習(xí)，創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，相互交流，啟發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)，樹立學(xué)習(xí)信心。直觀情景教學(xué)是小學(xué)英語教學(xué)之中一種很重要的教學(xué)技巧。教師要充分利用教科書中的課文來創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，如打電話、購物、生日聚會、旅游、問路等。為學(xué)生提供使用英語進(jìn)行交流的機(jī)會。
