在聘用期間，乙方愿接受與甲方約定之工作上的指派調(diào)遣，并遵守此工作上之相關規(guī)定。若乙方違背上述相關規(guī)定確屬情節(jié)重大，甲方得隨時終止契約；甲、乙雙方如因特別事故須提前終止契約時，應于一個月前提出預告，經(jīng)甲、乙雙方協(xié)議后乙方始得離職。乙方離職時，應先依照規(guī)定辦妥離職手續(xù)。如有損害公物，或侵權(quán)情事（或違反甲方智能財產(chǎn)權(quán)規(guī)定），應負責賠償。
五、乙方在受聘用期間，除應遵守甲方一切行政法規(guī)之規(guī)定外，其假期、離職儲金給與、勞工保險及全民健保等，依下列約定

離職儲金之扣繳及給與依________________規(guī)定辦理，按月扣繳儲存生息，并于離職時依規(guī)定發(fā)給。
