　　20__年，維修一車間在公司的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，認(rèn)真貫徹落實上級指示精神，堅持以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)，堅持“安全第一、預(yù)防為主、綜合治理”的方針，牢固樹立“以人為本“的管理理念，用心踐行”對標(biāo)管理“工作思路，緊緊圍繞安全生產(chǎn)這一中心，圍繞年度無重大安全生產(chǎn)事故的工作目標(biāo)，以強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)場管理和嚴(yán)格隱患排查治理為重要舉措，狠抓安全管理和崗位職責(zé)落實，深入開展各項“安全教育”宣傳活動，從而有效地推進(jìn)了安全生產(chǎn)工作，全年實現(xiàn)了安全生產(chǎn)無事故。

　　一、主要工作

　　(一)從安全教育抓起，提高全員安全意識

　　以人為本、強(qiáng)化教育、增強(qiáng)員工的安全意識，車間把“提高員工的安全意識，徹底消滅習(xí)慣性違章”作為安全管理的重點，開展豐富多彩的安全教育活動，組織全員用心參與，提高職工的安全意識。每年度車間組織全體員工集中學(xué)習(xí)安全事故案例，并適時參觀學(xué)習(xí)，引以為戒，強(qiáng)化職工安全意識。每月按時開展防人身事故班組自由討論，變“要我安全”為“我要安全”。車間每周例會由各片區(qū)主任對檢修工作中存在的安全隱患進(jìn)行匯報和總結(jié)，定任務(wù)定目標(biāo)進(jìn)行有步驟的整改。班組每周開一次“安全生產(chǎn)，規(guī)范作業(yè)”的安全班組會議，讓每一位員工都參與進(jìn)來，對工作中不安全的因素進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和交流。以上一系列舉措使每位職工都能從內(nèi)心深處認(rèn)識到安全生產(chǎn)的重要性，極大的提高了整體安全意識。

　　維修保運一車間，首先將把安全當(dāng)作首要工作來抓，突出在安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的制度建設(shè)、安全培訓(xùn)、班組安全管理、現(xiàn)場管理等方面，
