　　我在近兩年的保安領班工作中，基本上是稱職的，能做好主管的助手，夜間能處理消防、治安等各類應急事宜，還協作保潔車垃圾以及大門崗查證件時的解釋工作。在與主管相處的1年里，我也學會了許多東西，尤其是處理事情的技巧，處理問題時既要堅決，又要不失風光，還要把事情處理的美麗，在工作中難免會遇到一些比較麻煩的'問題，就要看自己如何妥當處理。有些事看似簡潔，其實要考慮的不僅僅是眼前的效果。經驗在積累，但學無止境。

　　在與同事和班里人員交流的時候，相處的方式就有了提高，以前在布置工作時，只強調效率，但是缺乏一種耐心和手段，現在看來光有好的愿望是不夠的，僅僅靠帶頭做好本職也不夠，平常要深入了解員工的思想，發覺問題做思想工作要對癥下藥，因人而異發揮他們的特長，在適當時候對員工的點滴進步作出些表揚，使他們產生自豪感、榮譽感。對于缺點要批評，但盡可能避免直接沖突。

　　在平常工作中我也存在一些不足，比如有時候上班時與同事開個玩笑，雖然是一些小節，但也會帶來一些不好的影響，要吸取教訓，我對自己字寫得不太好大傷腦筋，只能說盡量專心。我也會發揮自己的特長，尤其是動手能力和消防技能方面用自己把握的學問協作各部門做好工作。爭取在今后把保安領班工作做得更加精彩。我決心努力學習，與時俱進，緊密團結在公司的四周，自覺接受領導交給的任務，不遺余力地奉獻自己青春和智慧。

　　在這三個月的時間里，在領導和同事們的悉心關懷和指導下，通過自身的不懈努力，改進實驗室管理，規范實驗室的運作，更好地融入到我們這個團隊，現將我的工作情況作如下匯報。

　　一、通過公司對新員工入職培訓和在品質部各個崗位的實習。

　　很快熟悉了公司的規章，感受企業文化熏陶，明白了作為一個管理者應具備什么樣的素質，在工作中精益求精，努力為公司做出自己的貢獻；品質部門內的實習，了解了生產工藝知識和產品檢驗規范，為更好的管理好實驗室提供了接口的平臺，擴大了對各個部門人員的熟悉，方便以后對工作的溝通，提升工作效率。

　　二、為了加強對實驗室的管理。

　　更新了實驗室的流程，加強了儀器設備的維護和保養，培訓內部的操作人員，使其能夠保證我們檢測結果的可靠性。

　　三、實驗室管理程序文件的編寫。

　　因為實驗室要規范化管理，目標是要通過國家實驗室認證，從現在開始，我們就已經開始為以后的`工作打下基礎，按照iec17025的系統去規范我們的工作。

　　四、實驗室的規劃完善和xrf儀器的選型評估。

　　在今后的工作中，我將努力提高自身素質，克服不足，朝著以下幾個方向努力：

　　1、學無止鏡，時代的發展瞬息萬變，各種學科知識日新月異。我將堅持不懈地努力學習各種實驗室管理知識和化學分析知識，并用于指導實踐。
