1.引出倡議目的
常用in order to引出的不定式短語或用with / for the purpose of引導(dǎo)的介詞短語。
如：
In order to/To offer help to the migrant kids/For the purpose of offering help to the migrant kids，we think our government should take measures to pour more money into improving the present situation of migrant schools.( 20xx揭陽市一模)為了幫助民工子弟，我們認(rèn)為政府應(yīng)該采取措施，將資金投入到改善民工學(xué)校現(xiàn)狀中。
2.列舉倡議內(nèi)容
倡議其實(shí)就是提建議，因此，可用be supposed to (應(yīng)該)，it is suggested that... (建議)，it would be better if... (如果......，那就更好了)等。
倡議的內(nèi)容通常都不只一個，因此可用in addition，besides，additionally，whats more，furthermore，moreover來列舉這些內(nèi)容。
如：
(2) It is suggested/advised that we choose a healthy and environmentally-friendly way of traveling，that is，bicycle riding.有人建議我們選擇一個既健康又環(huán)保的旅游方式即騎自行車。

3.提出呼吁
提出呼吁可用It is (high) time that...句型，該句型中that從句的謂語動詞要用過去式或用should加動詞原形，should不可省略。
