大班英語活動：Ball games
ⅰteaching aims and demands:
1) let kids master new words: basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis

picture cards of “basketball” “basketball” “football” “volleyball” “table tennis”, objects of these balls. gold medals, silver medals,
ⅲteaching procedure:
1) greetings and lead in:
teacher and kids sing the greeting song
t: good morning, good morning, good morning children!
k: good morning, good morning, good morning teacher!
t: listen! what’s happened? (music—sports meeting)
k: ……
t: yes, welcome to our sports meeting.
today we have two groups to have a competition.
t: let’s look which sports we have today?
2)teacher show picture cards of “basketball” “basketball” “basketball” “basketball” “basketball”,
practice these new words with games:
a. magic fingers b. shooting
c. high and low voice d. hide and guess.
3) consolidation:
a .word squatting單詞蹲
準備用具：閃卡（或是物品）
游戲玩法：邀請若干幼兒上臺，手拿閃卡（或物品），聽老師的指令，如果讀到相對應的單詞，該幼兒必須下蹲（同時重復單詞）。臺下能認真跟讀的幼兒可以加入游戲隊伍，最后看哪組的隊員最多為勝。
b. non-chair是非椅
準備用具：兩張椅子、閃卡（或是物品）
游戲玩法：全班分成兩組，將兩張椅子放在臺前，一張標示yes，一張標示no，然后各組派一人站在起跑線后面，看老師展示的物品并聽題目，如老師拿著一個黃色的汽球并說“the balloon is yellow.”則代表必須跑去yes的椅子上坐下，速度快又答對的為該組得一分。
c. where is the circle (圓圈在哪里)
準備用具：粉筆、閃卡（或是物品）
游戲玩法：教師將卡片一一粘貼在黑板上，手拿粉筆假裝在每一張卡片后面都畫上了圓圈（實際上只畫了一個），然后請幼兒在猜猜，到底圓圈在哪張卡片的后面。（孩子回答問題時必須用英語）
