大班英語活動:Ball games
ⅰteaching aims and demands:
1) let kids master new words: basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis

ⅱteaching preparation:
picture cards of “basketball” “basketball” “football” “volleyball” “table tennis”, objects of these balls. gold medals, silver medals,
ⅲteaching procedure:
1) greetings and lead in:
teacher and kids sing the greeting song
t: good morning, good morning, good morning children!
k: good morning, good morning, good morning teacher!
t: listen! what’s happened? (music—sports meeting)
k: ……
t: yes, welcome to our sports meeting.
today we have two groups to have a competition.
t: let’s look which sports we have today?
2)teacher show picture cards of “basketball” “basketball” “basketball” “basketball” “basketball”,
practice these new words with games:
a. magic fingers b. shooting
c. high and low voice d. hide and guess.
3) consolidation:
a .word squatting單詞蹲
準備用具:閃卡(或是物品)
游戲玩法:邀請若干幼兒上臺,手拿閃卡(或物品),聽老師的指令,如果讀到相對應的單詞,該幼兒必須下蹲(同時重復單詞)。臺下能認真跟讀的幼兒可以加入游戲隊伍,最后看哪組的隊員最多為勝。
b. non-chair是非椅
準備用具:兩張椅子、閃卡(或是物品)
游戲玩法:全班分成兩組,將兩張椅子放在臺前,一張標示yes,一張標示no,然后各組派一人站在起跑線后面,看老師展示的物品并聽題目,如老師拿著一個黃色的汽球并說“the balloon is yellow.”則代表必須跑去yes的椅子上坐下,速度快又答對的為該組得一分。
c. where is the circle (圓圈在哪里)
準備用具:粉筆、閃卡(或是物品)
游戲玩法:教師將卡片一一粘貼在黑板上,手拿粉筆假裝在每一張卡片后面都畫上了圓圈(實際上只畫了一個),然后請幼兒在猜猜,到底圓圈在哪張卡片的后面。(孩子回答問題時必須用英語)
