教學過程 today we’ll learn “there be”. 一：there be句型的定義及結構 1、定義：there be句型表示某地有某物或某人。 2、結構：一共分為三種 (1) there is +單數可數名詞+ 地點狀語. there is a book on the desk. there is an umbrella in the bag. (2) there is +不可數名詞+ 地點狀語. there is some milk in the cup. there is some sheep and a cow on the farm.
(3) there are +復數名詞+地點狀語.
there are four chairs in the living room.
there are some birds and a balloon in the sky. 從以上例句中我們可以發現there是引導詞，在句中不充當任何成分，翻譯時也不必譯出。句子的主語是某人或某物，be動詞表示“有”，謂語動詞be要與主語（某人或某物）的單復數保持一致。some既可用于可數名詞也可用于不可數名詞。 二：there be 句型的變化 1：變成否定句 there be+not+某物+地點狀語。 there be句型的否定式的構成和含有be動詞的其它句型一樣，在be后加上not. 注意，is not的縮寫是isn’t，are not的縮寫是aren’t. 當肯定句中有some時，要將其改為any（疑問變化也一樣）。 there isn’t a book on the desk. there isn’t an umbrella in the bag. there isn’t any milk in the cup. there isn’t any sheep and a cow on the farm.

there aren’t a lot of birds and a balloon in the sky. 2：變成一般疑問句 ,. there be句型的一般疑問句變化是把be動詞調整到句首，再在句尾加上問號即可。 基本句型：be + there+某物+地點狀語？ 回答：yes, there + be. \ no, there + be +not. - is there a book on the desk? -yes,there is. - is there an umbrella in the bag? -no,there isn’t. - is there any milk in the cup? -yes,there is. - is there any sheep and a cow on the farm?- no,there isn’t. -are there four chairs in the living room? -yes,there are. - are there a lot of birds and a balloon in the sky?- no,there aren’t.
