二、教材分析
本課時是pep教材 unit3 my friends b部分，是有關朋友愛好的介紹，為本單元的第四課時.主要語言項目為表達某人喜歡什么。課文對話是通過mike 和chenjie 談論各自的朋友展開的。在對話中出現的主要詞匯：music, science, sports, painting, computer game 是在聽、說的基礎上讓學生能夠認讀。本課中主要學習表達第三人稱喜歡什么，因此教師要注意第三人稱單數的問題，但不可給學生講過多的語法知識。let's do部分主要是讓學生通過聽和做的練習，進一步鞏固所學單詞和詞組。本課時內容與學生生活聯系緊密，學生對此有著強烈的學習興趣，并樂于學習。
三、教學目標：
知識目標：1) 能夠聽、說、認讀music, science, sports, painting, computer game
2) 能聽懂會說my friend /he /she likes...
3）能在恰當的情境中用英語表達他人的愛好。
能力目標：通過表演，游戲，小組活動等培養學生學習興趣和合作交流的能力，各個層次的學生均有所得。
情感目標：通過游戲和歌曲培養學生說英語，學英語的興趣；讓學生能描述自己的好朋友，關心朋友及家人的愛好。

難點：1）發音：sports, painting
2）動詞的第三人稱單數
五、課前準備：
1 教師準備music, science, sports, painting, computer game單詞卡片，自制卡片.
2教師準備動物照片及動物公仔。
3教師準備mike和 chen jie的圖畫。
4教材相配套的本課時錄音帶。
5學生課前準備好調查訪問表。
6獎勵品：星星，帖紙。
