4 afraid 的用法
afraid是形容詞,一般在句中用作表語(yǔ),不能用作定語(yǔ)。意思是 “擔(dān)心,害怕,恐怕,恐懼”.afraid常用于以下三種句式:
1) be afraid of sb or sth.或be afraid of doing sth.表示害怕某人或某事,后接動(dòng)名詞，表示怕做某事,只是陳述一個(gè)事實(shí),不帶感情色彩.
