1. efficient  a. 生效的、效率高的；有能力的

注意：effective  a. 有力的、給人以深刻印象的

2. recipe  n. 處方、食譜、訣竅

3. improve   vt. & vi.   改進、利用、增加、變得更好

6. adopt   vt. 采納、收養

注：adapt是“適應、改寫”的意思。比如：
