五、保證金Deposit

六、甲方義務ObligationsofPartyA

九、違約及處理Breachofthecontract

甲方有位于 建筑面積 平方米的門面 間，室內水、電二通，設施完好，意欲出租，現經雙方協商，達成以下協議，共同遵守執行：
一、甲乙雙方本著平等、互利、互惠的原則，自愿簽訂門面出租合同。
二、租期自 年 月 日至 年 月 日，房屋租金每年為 元，合同簽訂之日起按 一次性向甲方繳清。若甲乙任何一方提出提前解除合同，均需征得雙方同意，甲方需提前收回，退還已收乙方租金，乙方需提前退租，乙方已交租金甲方不退還。
三、乙方在租房期間，每月的水、電費按實數向收取水、電費的單位或個人如實繳納。如因拖欠上述費用而造成對乙方的停水、停電甲方概不負責。

五、門面快到期時，乙方如需續租，在同等條件下甲方應優先乙方。乙方必須接受租金價格隨當地市場價格變化而浮動。并且應該提前壹個月一次性付清當年門面租金。如乙方無意續租，必須提前一個月告之甲方，否則乙方賠償甲方兩個月門面租金。若乙方將下年度門面租金一次性付清，在租賃有效期間內，乙方有權轉讓，但需告之甲方。若是乙方自己聯系租主，乙方有權收取裝修費，若是甲方聯系租主，乙方無權收取裝修費。
六、乙方退回門面給甲方時，甲方不負責乙方的任何裝修費，門面內外及其它若有損壞，乙方應負責維修。對于衣店牌、收銀柜、掛衣架、玻璃門、房門、地面磚等其它屬于乙方的財產，能搬走的財產乙方有權搬走，不能搬走的，不能對門面有任何的損壞。
七、租賃期間，乙方如發生水、火、電等意外災害，與甲方無任何關系;若發生不可抗力的自然災害，乙方負責維修門面。
