“時(shí)間真的過得好快，時(shí)間真的不等人”。大學(xué)三年，我一覺還沒睡醒就有人跟我說現(xiàn)在是XX年，突然發(fā)現(xiàn)，我就要畢業(yè)了，真的有些感慨，往事歷歷歷在目!在這個(gè)假期中，給我感觸最深的那就是第一次去體驗(yàn)生活，真正感受到人生的酸甜苦辣。也許對多數(shù)人來說這只是一個(gè)平淡的冬季。起初，大家都認(rèn)為這一次的實(shí)習(xí)只不過是隨便找個(gè)單位蓋章然后應(yīng)付交差。但是，今年寒假我不想讓這個(gè)冬季平淡過去，我想通過這次實(shí)習(xí)了解社會，真正學(xué)到一些東西。我于11月26日武漢電視臺百姓連線進(jìn)行了為期2個(gè)月的專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)，成為了一名實(shí)習(xí)記者。記得有句頗富有哲理的話，如果想知道梨的味道，就要親自去嘗一嘗。這兩個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷就是從不知梨味到體味其中酸甜苦辣的過程。除了體驗(yàn)到記者這個(gè)“無冕之王“職業(yè)所帶來的樂趣與成就感之外，更多的是學(xué)到了一種認(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度，與人溝通的能力和獲得了一份寶貴的人生經(jīng)歷。
首先說說在百姓連線的工作心得。在編輯部二個(gè)月的工作生活，我感觸最深的就是，這里是我的第二個(gè)家，新聞工作可以在快樂中完成。編輯部的老師對我們這些新人親切有加，在工作之余，以朋友的姿態(tài)經(jīng)常和我們一起唱歌，坦懷聊天，非但不擺領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的架子，而且還以關(guān)愛之心在引導(dǎo)我們做好新聞工作，對我們這些新人投以真摯友情的目光，在工作中，只要你需要，他們隨時(shí)給予熱情地指導(dǎo);工作之余，大家開懷談笑，不分彼此。正因?yàn)槿绱耍诰庉嫴康墓ぷ鳎屛殷w會了在愉快中完成工作的歡欣。
我在工作上的收獲主要有：
1、基本了解使用和維護(hù)攝影機(jī);
2、基本掌握了社會新聞的采寫和區(qū)別;
3、基本了解編輯新聞攝像帶的大致流程;
4、基本學(xué)會電視新聞稿的一些寫作方法和技巧等。在這期間我不僅可以較好地配合各位師兄一同出去采訪拍攝工作，還可以自己獨(dú)立外出采寫完成具體的新聞作品。一個(gè)月的時(shí)間，我配合各位師兄一起完成新聞采寫近18篇，自己獨(dú)立完成的采寫作品1篇。老師每次安排的采訪任務(wù)都可以順利完成。
當(dāng)然在這期間，工作上也存在著一些不足主要有：
1、新聞的采寫比較古板，缺乏新意;
2、新聞的敏感性相對較差，特別是對與會議新聞相關(guān)聯(lián)的社會性新聞把握不足等。
剛來的日子基本上都在接熱線電話，幫助老師收集新聞線索。開始覺得有些枯燥，沒意思。但后來發(fā)現(xiàn)，這些電話對于我們來說是非常重要的。要寫出一篇好新聞，就要先找到線索。通過電話，我們就能在最快的時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)新聞，趕到新聞現(xiàn)場。
當(dāng)我看到所記錄的新聞線索變?yōu)橐黄侣劜コ觯痈械叫侣劸�索的重要性了，對接電話這樣的簡單工作更是不敢馬虎。也不再小瞧。每一個(gè)打進(jìn)來的電話都會認(rèn)真記錄。以方便之后的采訪工作。
老師告訴我們，在接電話的時(shí)候，我們需要問清楚事情大概的情況，對事情有一個(gè)初步的了解。并且時(shí)間久了之后，你會慢慢發(fā)現(xiàn)哪些事情是有新聞價(jià)值的，從而做出一篇完整的新聞。
第一次的采訪顯得有些緊張，對自己也沒有信心，害怕犯錯(cuò)誤。怕漏掉了一些環(huán)節(jié)對報(bào)道會有影響。這時(shí)，老師總是很耐心的指導(dǎo)我，告訴我哪些是很重要的部分，要詢問清楚的，要仔細(xì)記錄下來的。雖然第一次的采訪，自己的表現(xiàn)有些慌亂，但畢竟已經(jīng)跨出了一大步，從學(xué)校的書本課堂，走到了真實(shí)的新聞采訪。
