關(guān)于我今年上半的置業(yè)顧問(wèn)工作評(píng)價(jià)有如下幾點(diǎn):
一、學(xué)習(xí)方面
在沒(méi)有加入公司之前我沒(méi)有接觸過(guò)房地產(chǎn),對(duì)房地產(chǎn)方面的知識(shí)不是很懂,甚至能夠說(shuō)是一無(wú)所知。來(lái)到公司的時(shí)候?qū)τ谛颅h(huán)境,新事物都比較陌生,在公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的幫忙下,我很快了解到公司的性質(zhì)及房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng),經(jīng)過(guò)努力的學(xué)習(xí)明白了置業(yè)顧問(wèn)的真正內(nèi)涵以及職責(zé),并且深深的喜歡上了這份工作,同時(shí)也意識(shí)到自我的選擇是正確的。
二、專業(yè)知識(shí)
剛到公司的時(shí)候我們首先進(jìn)行了專業(yè)知識(shí)的培訓(xùn),由于是初次接觸這類知識(shí),對(duì)知識(shí)的理解有點(diǎn)慢,可是在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的解釋和開(kāi)導(dǎo)下,我逐漸進(jìn)入了主角,明白了這些對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)是何等的重要,對(duì)以后的工作會(huì)有很大的幫忙。同時(shí)我們還到興寧北、鳳嶺北和東盟商務(wù)區(qū)進(jìn)行了踩盤,對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行實(shí)踐和運(yùn)用。當(dāng)時(shí)確實(shí)能感覺(jué)到苦過(guò)累過(guò),可此刻回過(guò)頭來(lái)想一下,想提高要克服最大困難就是自我,雖然當(dāng)時(shí)很累很苦,但都照樣堅(jiān)持下來(lái)了。
三、其他方面
今年10月份的時(shí)候我們開(kāi)始到外展點(diǎn),學(xué)習(xí)接待客戶,學(xué)習(xí)銷售,外展點(diǎn)的工作流程等等,這對(duì)于我們都十分的陌生,經(jīng)過(guò)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的帶領(lǐng),讓我們從生疏到熟悉,進(jìn)一步了解各種工作流程等工作資料。在平時(shí)的工作中,同事們也給了我很多的提議和幫忙,及時(shí)的化解了一個(gè)個(gè)問(wèn)題,這份看似簡(jiǎn)單的工作,其實(shí)更需要細(xì)心與耐心。
四、感想
在以后的日子中,我會(huì)加強(qiáng)自我的專業(yè)知識(shí)和專業(yè)技能,以房地產(chǎn)銷售為主要努力方向,此外還要廣泛的了解整個(gè)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的動(dòng)態(tài),走在市場(chǎng)的前沿。俗話說(shuō):“客戶是上帝”,接待好來(lái)訪的客戶是我義不容辭的義務(wù),在客戶心理樹(shù)立良好的公司形象,那里的工作環(huán)境令我十分滿意,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)愛(ài)以及工作條件的不斷改善給了我工作的動(dòng)力。同事之間的友情關(guān)懷以及協(xié)作互助給了我工作的舒暢感和踏實(shí)感。所以我也會(huì)全力以赴的做好本職工作,讓自我有更多收獲的同時(shí)也使自我變的更加強(qiáng)壯?傊,在這一年的工作時(shí)間里,我雖然取得了一點(diǎn)成績(jī)與提高,但離領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的要求尚有必須的差距。今后我將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)、踏實(shí)工作,充分發(fā)揮個(gè)人所長(zhǎng),揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,做一名合格的銷售人員,能夠在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有一席之地,為公司再創(chuàng)佳績(jī)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)!
