一、加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，提高思想認(rèn)識
我局實(shí)行主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)制，確保“學(xué)雷鋒”活動的有效開展，同時召開專門會議部署該項(xiàng)活動，制定《揚(yáng)州市江都地方稅務(wù)局關(guān)于開展“學(xué)雷鋒”活動的實(shí)施方案》，由人事教育科具體負(fù)責(zé)該項(xiàng)活動的指導(dǎo)、推動和督促、檢查。進(jìn)一步明確活動任務(wù)，做到一級抓一級，層層抓落實(shí)，確保了該項(xiàng)活動的有序開展。另外，我局把“學(xué)雷鋒”活動與精神禮貌建立、優(yōu)化納稅服務(wù)一并整體推進(jìn)，保障活動的開展效果。
二、把握脈搏，找準(zhǔn)工作切入點(diǎn)
確立與時俱進(jìn)的志愿者服務(wù)主旨，是品牌建立的關(guān)鍵。我們敏銳捕捉活動契機(jī)，緊緊把握時代的脈搏，立足學(xué)校實(shí)際，做到了“三貼近”和“三注重”即：貼近實(shí)際、貼近生活、貼近工作和注重實(shí)踐教育、體驗(yàn)教育、養(yǎng)成教育，讓干部在體驗(yàn)中淬煉無私奉獻(xiàn)、熱心公益、熱愛祖國的精神品質(zhì)。
在志愿服務(wù)活動資料的確定上我們遵循：一是繼承和創(chuàng)新統(tǒng)一的原則，在結(jié)合時代特點(diǎn)和需要的同時，不斷繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)民族文化的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng);二是堅持民族性與世界性相結(jié)合，立足國情開展環(huán)保活動，同時放眼世界;

四、創(chuàng)新形式，提升稅收志愿服務(wù)活動的品位
(一)舉辦志愿者稅法咨詢活動。我局派出20名業(yè)務(wù)骨干，先后在法制廣場、宜陵鎮(zhèn)、雙溝鎮(zhèn)等多個咨詢點(diǎn)開展了不一樣形式的稅收咨詢活動，以“稅收促進(jìn)發(fā)展，發(fā)展為了民生”為主要資料，重點(diǎn)宣傳與公民生活密切相關(guān)的稅收收入、稅收政策、稅收管理和納稅服務(wù)等有關(guān)資料，加強(qiáng)了優(yōu)化納稅服務(wù)和整頓、規(guī)范稅收秩序的宣傳。志愿者服務(wù)隊派發(fā)各種稅收宣傳單1000余份，解答現(xiàn)場咨詢，吸引了廣大納稅人踴躍參與，取得了良好的社會宣傳效應(yīng)，樹立了江都地稅的良好形象。
(二)組織開展學(xué)雷鋒”禮貌交通志愿服務(wù)周周行活動，城區(qū)六個分局80余名志愿者們利用周六休息時間，統(tǒng)一佩戴志愿者標(biāo)志到交通要塞維護(hù)交通秩序，勸導(dǎo)行人與非機(jī)動車禮貌同行，以自身的具體行為，影響和帶頭身邊人，為營造禮貌交通新秩序，做出地稅人應(yīng)盡的貢獻(xiàn)。
(三)組織開展禮貌社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)活動。開展敬老助殘、結(jié)對幫扶、維權(quán)幫教、心理輔導(dǎo)、信息傳遞等志愿服務(wù);開展社區(qū)便民利民、禮貌勸導(dǎo)、環(huán)保宣傳、植綠護(hù)綠、法制宣傳、青少年成長服務(wù)等方面的工作，透過志愿服務(wù)傳遞人與人之間的關(guān)愛，促進(jìn)社會和諧。圍繞公民道德、禮貌城市建立、禮貌禮儀等相關(guān)知識，，廣泛普及禮貌知識和幸福理念，倡導(dǎo)禮貌新風(fēng)。
(四)組織開展環(huán)境維護(hù)整治志愿服務(wù)活動。區(qū)局組織廣大團(tuán)員青年投入到邵伯母親河的保護(hù)活動中，參與了團(tuán)委組織的植樹護(hù)綠、清潔家園、環(huán)境整治活動，讓廣大居民了解保護(hù)環(huán)境的重要性，提高環(huán)境整治在群眾心中的配合與參與意識。
(五)開展“一幫一”活動，支持和服務(wù)新農(nóng)村發(fā)展。志愿者服務(wù)隊響應(yīng)區(qū)政府的要求，開展了“一幫一”活動，走進(jìn)農(nóng)戶、走進(jìn)農(nóng)民、服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”。在活動中，以辦實(shí)事、求實(shí)效為工作方針，深入開展了思想共建、文化共建、綠色共建、平安共建、和諧共建活動，為新農(nóng)村建設(shè)帶給智力支持、致富支持，有效地促進(jìn)了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。

在這次的志愿服務(wù)過程中，我獲益良多。先不說豐盛的三餐，__為我們精心安排以外，在這次的活動中，我更是收獲了友誼和感動。從__校慶的彩排過程中，我就結(jié)交了來自不一樣學(xué)院，但都熱心為校慶服務(wù)的志愿者們。從組長們的合理分工，組員之間的相互配合，我更是體會到一個團(tuán)隊的力量。到了正式上崗的那一天，天還沒亮就得從床上爬起來，為的只是為校慶出一份微弱的力量。從躍進(jìn)北步行來到保衛(wèi)處，看到大家都穿上志愿者的馬甲，戴上專用的袖章，我們按照原計劃站在指定的崗位上，大家都喜上眉梢。剛開始車流量還不太大，我們尚算應(yīng)付得來。可是隨著時間逐漸地推移，人流量、車流量逐漸增多，我們看到穿著色彩斑斕的校慶志愿服，大家都昂首闊步地向會場邁進(jìn)。車輛開始陸陸續(xù)續(xù)地駛?cè)胛覀冐?fù)責(zé)的3號停車場，我們就按照間隔好的位置指引車輛停好。司機(jī)們都很配合，我們也干得很投入。之后我負(fù)責(zé)指揮的那部車停好了，從車?yán)镒叱鲆晃桓叽蟮耐鈬耍蛭矣押玫匚⑿Γ�向我問__運(yùn)動場要怎樣走，他并沒有用英文來問我，而是用了嫻熟的普通話。可是，我最終發(fā)揮了自我英語專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢，用一口流利的英文解答了他的問題。顯然，他滿意地笑了，我也感到內(nèi)心的愉悅。
到了11點(diǎn)左右，本來按原本計劃是吃飯時間，可是車流量到達(dá)了高峰期。每當(dāng)有車輛駛?cè)耄覀兌急仨毟囕v跑到停車線，如此一來，我們跑了不明白有幾十趟了，并且還要跑到上頭的那一層去，基本上是沒得休息了。之后，車位滿了，我們還需要指引司機(jī)走到六一區(qū)去停車。向我們問路的校友更是數(shù)都數(shù)不清，但我都耐心地向他們解答了問題，為校慶出一分力。
早上的志愿服務(wù)歷時4個多小時才結(jié)束，毋庸置疑，這次的志愿服務(wù)很考驗(yàn)我的耐力和持久力，看著同伴們這么辛勤地工作，我也不忍心去休息。我想，在她們身上，我真的學(xué)到了很多，包括她們堅持不懈的忍耐力和樂于助人的精神。
