　　I am 26 years old，born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.I spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

　　In July 20xx， I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities， so I decided to change my job.

　　And in August 20xx，I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment， I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company， so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

　　世界就會變成美好的明天”尊老愛幼是中華民族的傳統美德，只要人人都獻出一點愛。作為當代大學生，應將弘揚中華民族尊老、敬老的傳統美德、努力營造社會和諧的良好氛圍、讓大學生們以實際行動為老人家送溫暖、獻愛心、為創建全國文明城市貢獻青春力量作為己任。

　　和同學去了鎮敬老院。早上，假期間。提著慰問品，一路說笑著向鎮敬老院走去。敬老院，走進大門一位熱心的阿姨接待了還一邊給我講解敬老院的概況。

　　有了一支較強經驗的管理機構和有一支較有經驗的護理人員隊伍，鎮敬老院創辦至今將有二十年。鎮政府投資200萬元基礎設施。敬老院將住房規范、服務特色化、廚房標準化、環境花園化作為標準。房間有二人、三人、四人，全天24小時護理，間間有衛生設施，食堂飲食生熟分開，專燒特具病號飯。

　　多數患有神經官能癥或老年癡呆癥等疾病，阿姨向我講解到敬老院里其中50%以上的老人生活不能自理。給護理工作帶來極大的困難。

　　和同學前往一個房間慰問代養老人。起初在老人面前我還有些拘謹，阿姨的帶領下。但老人們熱情歡迎感染了平時嬌生慣養的走出校園來到社會，走進老人。把老人當作朋友一樣聊天，幫他整理衣物，擦拭家具，聽老人講自己的過去，讓這些在孤獨中生活著的老人又一次露出了開心的笑容。

　　跟著負責分飯的管理員一起幫助老人們進行就餐。有的老人就餐很不方便，老人的就餐時間。一定需要喂才行。這時我早已沒有先前的拘謹，爭著給老人喂飯，完全沒有了平時的嬌氣。雖然動作顯得笨拙，可一見到老人的笑臉，大家就笑得很開心，感覺像一家人似地其樂融融。

　　篇二

　　在學校組織的為期20天的社會實踐活動中，我和其他同學一起在__機械廠與工人師傅相處了這段不算長的時間。在這20天中，我從工人師傅身上學到了不少東西。現根據學校要求，把我在社會實踐活動中的優點、缺點鑒定如下：

　　能以積極的態度投身在實踐活動中，并將自己在學校學到的知識在數控機床上靈活運用。能虛心向工人師傅學習，服從安排。準時上下班，從無遲到、缺席、早退現象。

　　勞動中不怕臟、不怕苦，積極肯干。同時，還存在著一些不足：不能主動積極地向工人師傅請教有關機床的知識;在勞動休息時，不能像師傅一樣主動清除車間的廢料和垃圾。

　　以后，我要更加注意將所學到的科學理論用于生產實際之中，進一步學習工人師傅大公無私的精神，使自己成為“四化”建設的有用之材。

　　沒想到這次活動得到了廣大社區居民的熱烈響應，活動開始不到10分鐘，就已經有一些大爺、大媽拿來早已準備好了自家搜集來的廢舊電池，前來更換環保袋子(這還是因為孩子們前一周的廣泛宣傳的結果呢!他們早就印好了傳單，在社區發放，其中還有我兒的哥們們的熱心家長們的功勞)。這個利用更換環保袋回收廢舊電池的主意是他爹想出來的，這個主意真得不錯，人們看到花花綠綠的環保袋，即使忘記帶來了，也都會盡量跑回家一趟，并盡可能多搜集一些前來更換。

　　這次活動十分成功，之所以這樣說主要是已經到達了以下目的：

　　一、在社區廣泛宣傳了電池對環境的危害，使人們認識到電池不能隨意丟棄，必須要有序回收。

　　二、經過此次活動，不僅僅大人們對電池有了認識，參與活動的孩子們也都明白了其中的意義。使孩子們從小就明白回收電池對我們環境保護的重要性。孩子們不僅僅將收來的廢電池整理整齊，還將大家帶來的塑料袋還有塑料瓶等垃圾也一并收拾利索了。

　　三、孩子們在此活動中收獲更多。他們了解了舉辦一個活動的全過程，組織活動的技巧，對公眾表達意愿的方法，例如，有的孩子剛一開始還不敢對路上的行人開口講話，比較膽怯，可是漸漸的，隨著活動進展，孩子們越來越明白如何表達，如何宣傳，如何來實施這項活動了。同時還體驗到了工作的辛苦。有些孩子在活動中遇到了一些困難，比如當初規定好了2-5個廢舊電池可換1個環保袋，6個以上能夠換兩個(當時為何這樣規定呢首先研究到這是一項公益活動，萬一有的人僅有2或3節電池，那也要回收啊!我們也期望他們都能拿來。而6個以上的人如果較真，非要按照2個2個的計算的話，也能夠給他3個。原先就想，大家不會為一個兩個環保袋為難孩子們吧，可是就會有這樣認真的，孩子們有的就疑惑了，到底該怎樣辦他們都在動腦筋想辦法，來解決棘手的問題。有的阿姨甚至沒有電池，直接就找孩子們要環保袋去買菜用，有一個奶奶更有意思，活動快結束時只剩下兩個環保袋了，她那一塑料袋電池拿來了，就跟孩子們急了，嫌棄兩個環保袋少了，不依不饒，其中一個孩子很棒，直接跑回家把我們留給她的那個環保袋貢獻出來給了這位奶奶，總算平息了她的怒火。

　　孩子們不僅僅增強了自信心，同時還學會一些解決問題的方法了。呵呵!社區的居民們都紛紛稱贊這次活動真的辦得很好，他們都明白電池對環境的危害，但就是不明白哪里回收，很多人都在期待著下次活動的來臨。

　　經過此次活動，孩子們還一齊發現了活動的缺陷，及時糾正并調整了策略，相信在未來的活動中他們必須會更加出色。

　　在此我想代表兒子向西城區三里河的社區居民們表示感激!正是他們的踴躍參與才使這次活動有效地完成(本來還打算兩周的時間才能發放完畢呢!結果很多居民早就積攢了很多的廢舊電池沒有隨意丟棄，并拿來回收還不圖給的環保袋有多少)另外，還要感激兒子的哥們們：他的小表哥，吳肥，馬肥，小邳，梁子，鄧航、鄧卓姐弟倆，任紫燕、任杭嘉姐妹倆，以及他們的父母還有邳姥姥。有了他們的進取作為，為此次活動賦予了特殊的意義。當然，更應當感激美國青年志愿者的基金，給我們這次機會來做這樣一些有意義的事情。十分感激!
