　　年終歲末的時候，人總是特別感嘆生命的蹉跎，回首與展望會是兩個亙古不變的主題。下面我將從工作情況與內(nèi)部合作兩個大的方面來分析自己一年來的得失。

　　作為一名平面設計人員，工作能力的提高是重中之重。20__年的時間里，我對我們所從事的工作流程，方法等有了較深的認識，對平面設計規(guī)范也有了一定的了解。能力來源于實踐，實踐檢驗能力;一年來，我對自己的堅持一步一步地腳踏實地走過來，我能熟練的掌握photoshop等設計軟件，加以自己對平面設計的理解，能作出一般的單體效果圖，但是還需要不斷的學習和實踐。

　　一年來，我參與了公司的部分的平面方案的設計，我跟隨設計組的領導一起查閱資料，埋頭苦干，并虛心向同事請教，圓滿完成了既定任務。在獨立設計的過程中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己還欠缺一些設計師應具備的能力，特別是對復雜設計方案的把握還缺乏基礎理論性的認識，這都是在以后的工作中必須首要加強的。
