　　在公司3個月的試用期中，我較快地適應了新的工作，融入了新的團隊里，也得到了同事和領導的肯定，在他們的教導和培養(yǎng)下，自己的思想、工作、學習等各方面都取得了一定的成績，個人綜合素質(zhì)也得到了一定的提高，現(xiàn)將本人這三個月來的工作、學習情況作簡要總結報告。

　　作為一名剛剛畢業(yè)的大學生，雖然有過專業(yè)知識的學習，但是實踐的東西接觸的少，對很多問題不了解。剛開始我做的是數(shù)據(jù)專業(yè)，對很多流程還不熟悉，不知道該如何做好這個專業(yè)的工作，遇到這種情況，我依靠老師的指導，以及自身認真的學習，促成自身知識結構的完善和知識體系的健全，讓自己盡早、盡快的熟悉工作情況，少走彎路。一段時間之后，我被借用到南京項目組做無線，在接觸到新的陌生的領域時，缺少經(jīng)驗，對于業(yè)務知識需要一個重新學習的過程，自己在其他同事的幫助下，能夠很快克服這種狀態(tài)融入到嶄新的工作生活中。碰到不懂的問題就虛心的向其他同事請教，看不明白的或者不會畫的圖就自己查資料，翻閱以前的圖紙，盡可能自己解決問題，不打擾其他同事，無論是剛剛到公司時跟著老師學習還是獨立的完成工作中的各項事務，都能夠認認真真，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)。在日常生活中，我認真服從領導安排，遵守各項規(guī)章制度和各項要求，養(yǎng)成良好的工作作風。

　　在學習的過程中，我深知自己還存在一定的缺點和不足，主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：
