　　我現任項目部測量隊隊長。在測量崗位上一直以發揮一名黨員的模范帶頭作用來要求自己。在扎實做好測量基本業務的同時，積極研究測量工作的新儀器、新技術。比如在測量工作的多手段、多途徑上有所建樹。研究出了自己的一套測量、放樣新模式。自己的成長歷程，得益于公司公開、平等、拓新的學術氛圍和學術文化，自己也正在傳承公司的這一優良傳統，積極推廣自己掌握的技術，帶好徒弟、培養新人。

　　一、扎實做好基本測量工作

　　測量是工程的眼睛，構筑物的位置、尺寸、標高等參數都是由測量控制的，其重要性不言而喻。要想搞好測量工作，首先要知道從哪幾個方面下手，個人總結，工程測量的基本工作包括以下幾個基本方面：

　　1、控制點測量；

　　2、數據收集測量；

　　3、工程點位放樣；

　　4、工序驗收；

　　5、沉降位移觀測；

　　6、測量資料報驗。

　　7、測量儀器檢校。其中“控制點測量”是所有測量之中的最重要環節，如果說測量是工程的眼睛，那么控制點就是測量的基準，所以對業主交付控制點和現場施工控制點必須按規范要求定期進行復核測量，保證其數據準確。以上7項基本測量工作容不得半點馬虎，須扎實做好。

　　測量數據的錯誤輕則導致經濟損失，重則導致工程質量事故，杜絕錯誤的發生是基本測量工作中的重點。測量工作分內業和外業，要杜絕錯誤首先要保證內業數據的準確性，其次要保證外業測量、放樣過程的準確性。保證數據準確性的方法是多重檢核，嚴格實行交底數據總工、主辦技術員、測量班三重檢核，可以大幅度減少錯誤的發生。外業測量錯誤的產生原因通常分為儀器原因和人為原因，杜絕儀器誤差的方法是定期對儀器進行檢校，杜絕人為錯誤的方法是首先是加強技能訓練防止讀數錯誤，其次是盡量減少人工參與，比如放樣時可以直接把數據通過軟件直接傳輸到儀器里面以杜絕了手動輸入錯誤。經驗表明，嚴格執行以上兩個原則，可大幅度減少錯誤的發生。

　　二、我的幾項測量技術

　　1、測量、成圖及數據處理工作新模式：利用全站儀或GPS外業測取原始數據，利用數據傳輸軟件傳輸到電腦上，利用CAD和CASS成圖系統成圖，并利用CASS計算土方量等。

　　2、放樣工作新模式：從CAD中查取坐標，拷貝到EXCEL中利用它的mid和concatenate函數提取（X，Y）坐標，利用儀器傳輸軟件上傳到儀器里面，進行外業放樣。

　　3、充分開發、使用儀器中的高科技程序，提高工作效率：全站儀中的`“參考線”程序配合小棱鏡，應用在模板驗收、基線控制點選址放樣、位移觀測中，可以突破傳統的內業展點、量距、重新取點、放樣的“4步走”程序，現場一步直接報告偏差，指導施工。

　　4、利用CASIO計算器編輯“直線參考線”和“弧參考線”程序、配合GPS使用，用于外業施工基線點選址、同一直線或弧線上的點位放樣。減少反復的“取點、放樣、測點、展點”之苦。

　　三、對測量的發展和前景的見解

　　對于測量技術的發展和前景方面，個人有以下見解：近年以來公司規模和產值飛快增長，但是測量技術發展相對滯后，主流技術仍然停留在先前水平，雖然有些工程根據需要引進了一些新設備、新技術，但這些設備和技術的使用還挺留在較低的層次，有待熟悉、研究、開發，這對測量技術人員的素質提出了更高的要求。總結起來歸結為4個方面：

　　①引進，引進新設備、新技術。

　　②掌握并開發，全面掌握新設備的功能；在此基礎上配合其他測量設備，開發系統性使用技術。

　　③推廣，推廣成熟的新設備使用方法、成熟的測量新技術，達到共同提高的目的。

　　④素質，重視測量人員素質，高素質測量人員才能使以上成為可能。

　　四、我的幾項成績

　　對自己的工作充滿熱情，認真負責，練就了一套過硬的測量本領。在20xx年的公司、局、集團比武中取得了可喜的成績：

　　在20xx年6月“青島工人技能比武”之測量技術比武的中交一航局二公司賽區中取得了第五名，并晉升為測量技師。在20xx年10月上旬舉行的中交一航局測量工技術比武中取得了第二名，被評為“測量工技術能手”稱號，并被選為優秀選手代表一航局參加中交集團測量工技能比武。在20xx年10月下旬中交集團舉行的測量技術比武中，一航局代表隊在13個局級參賽單位中奪得團體第一名，同時也獲得個人第二名的成績，并被評為“中交股份技術標兵”稱號，晉升為測量高級技師。

　　五、結語

　　“忙時積累經驗，閑時儲備能量” 、“白天忙工作，晚上謀發展”，這是我上崗后學會的兩句話，也成為了我工作上不斷進步的準則。成績的取得，得益于公司公開、平等的學術氛圍和學術文化，我也正在把公司的這種文化連同我自己的技術一并與同行和新員工分享，在互相的探討和思索中不斷進步。讓我們的工作更高效，讓測量做好工程的眼睛。

　　20xx年xx月xx日，我加入中鐵二十局西成客專項九工區這個大家庭。作為一名新進成員，九工區給了我一種家的感覺，一種積極向上，奮發進取的觀念。我很欣慰能加入到這個工區成為一名測量員。

　　在這幾個月內，大家對我非常熱情，我有什么工作方面的問題，大家都熱心幫助我，我現在已經適應這環境，工作也進展的很順利。

　　測量時工程的眼睛。作為測量人員，我本著實事求是的態度，一切數據說話的原則，從事測量工作。到西成這個項目，是我人生的起點，也是我重要的一部分，在這我得到了至深的鍛煉。

　　我總結了我這幾個月以來學到的東西：

　　一、嚴謹科學，認真求證

　　在施工測量之前，認真審圖，隊途勝有無，有疑問的地方及時處理；在測量放樣之前，反復查看數據，確保萬無一失，隊各種數據注意保存及時整理。測量放線后，要認真復核點位的坐標距離，做好三方交底。

　　二、不斷進取，精益求精

　　各種新的施工材料和機械，應用到建設施工中，同時出現了許多工藝、工法。這意味的必須提高自己的業務水平，學會各種新的.測量儀器，去更好的工作。
