［論文摘要］學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)不僅能夠讓學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)自己學(xué)習(xí)中存在的問(wèn)題，及時(shí)了解自己的學(xué)習(xí)狀況，還可以讓教師清楚地掌握學(xué)生的真實(shí)想法，從而得到生動(dòng)的教學(xué)研究素材。文章通過(guò)對(duì)歷經(jīng)三年收集而來(lái)的三屆高職學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的自我評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行分析，提出了其對(duì)高職英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的啟示。
一、引言
自我評(píng)價(jià)是指在個(gè)人內(nèi)部就其自身的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行縱向比較所做的價(jià)值判斷。學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)是學(xué)生個(gè)體對(duì)自己學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)的認(rèn)識(shí)與評(píng)判，自我評(píng)價(jià)在學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)中具有十分重要的作用，這種作用的本質(zhì)就是使學(xué)生為自己的學(xué)習(xí)承擔(dān)責(zé)任，因而能使學(xué)生更加主動(dòng)，學(xué)習(xí)更加有效和更加持久，通過(guò)學(xué)生的自我認(rèn)識(shí)和自我反思，教師可以更清楚地掌握學(xué)生的真實(shí)想法，從學(xué)生反思的前進(jìn)的腳步中為自己找到進(jìn)一步努力的教學(xué)目標(biāo)，幫助教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)決策。
二、調(diào)查對(duì)象與研究方法
本研究調(diào)查對(duì)象為筆者所教高職06級(jí)2個(gè)班、07級(jí)2個(gè)班、08級(jí)2個(gè)班，共6個(gè)班，涉及5種專(zhuān)業(yè)的227名學(xué)生。采用了定性研究方法，在一學(xué)年的學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后每位學(xué)生以“自我評(píng)價(jià)及對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的看法”為題寫(xiě)一篇個(gè)人總結(jié)。
三、分析與結(jié)果
歷經(jīng)三年，跨越三屆學(xué)生，我們最后將收集到的學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行分類(lèi)整理，得出如下結(jié)果： 2.學(xué)習(xí)興趣。（1）厭煩。據(jù)調(diào)查顯示，有學(xué)生明確表示不喜歡英語(yǔ)，厭煩英語(yǔ)，缺乏積極的學(xué)習(xí)情感體驗(yàn)。（2）喜歡。有學(xué)生明確表示喜歡英語(yǔ)，這其中一部分是從開(kāi)始就喜歡，覺(jué)得學(xué)英語(yǔ)挺快樂(lè)的；另一部分是由于老師而改變了態(tài)度。（3）中立。大部分學(xué)生居于中間狀態(tài)，是為了應(yīng)付考試而學(xué)，能夠按時(shí)上課，積極配合老師，按時(shí)按量地完成作業(yè)。 4.學(xué)習(xí)毅力和自控力。大部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的毅力和自控力較差，懶惰是他們的通病。不論是成績(jī)好的還是差的學(xué)生都不避諱自己的缺點(diǎn)，都意識(shí)到懶惰是他們提高英語(yǔ)水平的絆腳石。有的靠吃老本,覺(jué)得自己有點(diǎn)小聰明，加上初中的底子就混過(guò)去了。有的認(rèn)為英語(yǔ)跟不上的原因是早上沒(méi)有晨讀，英語(yǔ)單詞讀不下去，懶于讀書(shū)，對(duì)待英語(yǔ)的心態(tài)不積極。
5.學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)方法。相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生沒(méi)有良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣及恰當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)方法，表現(xiàn)為沒(méi)有良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，惰性大，依賴(lài)性強(qiáng)，學(xué)習(xí)不主動(dòng)，上課時(shí)注意力不集中，不背單詞，不習(xí)慣提問(wèn)。
6.對(duì)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)。有的學(xué)生認(rèn)為目前的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)就是為了應(yīng)付考試，忽視口語(yǔ)的重要性，但也有學(xué)生希望提高口語(yǔ)水平，還建議專(zhuān)門(mén)開(kāi)設(shè)口語(yǔ)課。
四、學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)高職英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的啟示
1.設(shè)置適當(dāng)?shù)哪繕?biāo)與任務(wù)，讓學(xué)生不斷體驗(yàn)成功。幫助學(xué)生樹(shù)立繼續(xù)前進(jìn)的自信心是高職英語(yǔ)教師的首要任務(wù)。高職英語(yǔ)教學(xué)過(guò)程中，老師必須了解學(xué)生的狀況，明白學(xué)生已有的知識(shí)能力水平，明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)，尋找學(xué)生的興趣所在，設(shè)定適當(dāng)任務(wù)，要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)讓學(xué)生多一些成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，鼓勵(lì)他們，使學(xué)生不斷體驗(yàn)成功,不斷增強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的自我效能感，使學(xué)生可以達(dá)到目標(biāo)，使其能看到自己的進(jìn)步。
2.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣，使其有正確的學(xué)習(xí)心態(tài)及目標(biāo)。關(guān)注和改善學(xué)生的心理素質(zhì)，激活學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的態(tài)度顯得尤為重要。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生興趣，可以在教學(xué)中挖掘教學(xué)內(nèi)容的新穎性和情趣因素，精心設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)的每一個(gè)基本環(huán)節(jié)，改進(jìn)教法，使學(xué)生“易學(xué)、樂(lè)學(xué)、善學(xué)”。讓學(xué)生了解英語(yǔ)是能夠幫助更好更快實(shí)現(xiàn)人生夢(mèng)想的重要工具。對(duì)自卑、缺乏自信、處于焦慮中的學(xué)生，要讓他們了解英語(yǔ)是一種技能，通過(guò)單純的模仿就可以掌握，只要具有正常人的智力，就肯定能夠掌握英語(yǔ)。所以，每個(gè)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者都應(yīng)該樹(shù)立信心，一旦有信心，就不會(huì)有畏難情緒，就能一直堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)，直到掌握英語(yǔ)。
3.重視學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)，傳授學(xué)習(xí)方法，培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。大部分進(jìn)入職業(yè)學(xué)院的學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。要想提高學(xué)生的成績(jī)，需要狠抓基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的掌握與落實(shí)，查漏補(bǔ)缺。只有重視學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)才能達(dá)到教育的實(shí)際效應(yīng)。例如，對(duì)于造成大多數(shù)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)困難的根源之一——詞匯量的欠缺，要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生采用有效的學(xué)習(xí)詞匯的策略，包括查閱英語(yǔ)辭典、大量閱讀課本以外的書(shū)籍等。
學(xué)習(xí)方法是教學(xué)中的一個(gè)重要的基本因素。教師要關(guān)注學(xué)生獨(dú)特的個(gè)性，根據(jù)教學(xué)目標(biāo)和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況指導(dǎo)他們選擇正確有效的學(xué)習(xí)方法。與此同時(shí)，教師要幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律，形成英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，這樣才能花最少的時(shí)間和精力而達(dá)到最大的效果。因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成功最重要的因素和最可靠的保證是具有良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。在教學(xué)中，教師的主導(dǎo)性越強(qiáng)，學(xué)生的主體性就越強(qiáng)。相反，教師的主導(dǎo)性越差，學(xué)生的主體性就越差。教的本質(zhì)在于引導(dǎo)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生辨明方向，喚起其內(nèi)在的精神動(dòng)力，鼓勵(lì)其不斷前進(jìn)。
4.與學(xué)生交朋友。了解學(xué)生才能幫助學(xué)生。所謂“親其師信其道”“為益友者方能為良師”。走近學(xué)生，走近學(xué)生的內(nèi)心世界，學(xué)會(huì)傾聽(tīng)、欣賞、贊美學(xué)生，才能贏得他們的信賴(lài)，繼而演化為學(xué)生內(nèi)心認(rèn)定的先決條件，使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生“向師性”。正如一名學(xué)生在總結(jié)中所寫(xiě)的一段令人印象深刻的話：“我認(rèn)為我們不應(yīng)該因?yàn)樗麄兊膶W(xué)習(xí)好與壞而失去人性?xún)?nèi)心深處的關(guān)懷和仁愛(ài)，教學(xué)不僅僅是傳遞知識(shí)，更多的是其背后所流露的那份情感，表面看情感是一種關(guān)懷，實(shí)際上他是一種動(dòng)力，正因?yàn)槿藗兿硎苓@么一種權(quán)利，他才有可能帶著感恩的心去回報(bào)，而為了回報(bào)他就會(huì)盡可能的投老師所好去學(xué)習(xí)，因?yàn)檫@是感恩的回饋�！�
一名優(yōu)秀的教師應(yīng)該以豐富的學(xué)識(shí)引導(dǎo)人、以高超的教學(xué)藝術(shù)打動(dòng)人、以充滿(mǎn)愛(ài)的懷抱呵護(hù)人。對(duì)于高職生更應(yīng)如此，學(xué)好英語(yǔ)固然重要，但我們首先要幫助他們樹(shù)立自信，掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法，獲得學(xué)習(xí)的能力。
5.因人而異，區(qū)別評(píng)價(jià)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)對(duì)于學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)大多是以鑒定為目的的終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)。這種評(píng)價(jià)已不能適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下社會(huì)對(duì)高職人才的多規(guī)格、多樣化要求，不能體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展變化，很難發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)展學(xué)生的潛能，阻礙學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)自我、建立自信。筆者認(rèn)為，對(duì)高職生除了強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)個(gè)體的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、個(gè)人努力程度、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度等主觀因素外，還應(yīng)重視學(xué)習(xí)個(gè)體的英語(yǔ)能力傾向以及生理、心理等方面的個(gè)體差異。為了避免弱勢(shì)群體自知無(wú)望而陷入無(wú)窮的自卑的情況出現(xiàn)，對(duì)他們的要求不應(yīng)過(guò)高，而應(yīng)給予他們足夠的愛(ài)和期待。對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)較好的學(xué)生則鼓勵(lì)他們向高一級(jí)目標(biāo)進(jìn)軍，使他們的潛能得到最大限度的挖掘。評(píng)價(jià)不僅看學(xué)科成績(jī)，更應(yīng)注重學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)是否通過(guò)教育得到了提高。
因此，要在高職教育領(lǐng)域探索如何具體應(yīng)用多元化學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)，從學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)、方法和成績(jī)等多方面對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行評(píng)估，取消純粹以考分評(píng)估學(xué)習(xí)狀況的做法。例如，像語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和技能，可以用常規(guī)的語(yǔ)言測(cè)試進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和檢測(cè)；對(duì)于情感和策略等學(xué)生內(nèi)在發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)的評(píng)價(jià)，可以通過(guò)對(duì)同學(xué)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、學(xué)生自評(píng)、互評(píng)等方式來(lái)進(jìn)行持續(xù)評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)要保護(hù)學(xué)生的自尊心，體現(xiàn)尊重和賞識(shí)；評(píng)價(jià)要關(guān)注學(xué)生知識(shí)差異，也要關(guān)注學(xué)生情感差異，更要關(guān)注學(xué)生個(gè)體差異。教學(xué)過(guò)程中的評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)該能幫助學(xué)生克服困難，熟悉不足，反思與調(diào)控，恢復(fù)自信，提高學(xué)習(xí)能力，化弱勢(shì)為強(qiáng)勢(shì)。
