我實習的單位是一家網絡公司,以經營網絡產品包括各種網絡數碼耗材、電子收款機、餐飲軟件等的私營單位。雖是中小型公司,但在激烈的市場競爭中存活下來,并在全省同行業中占有主導地位。
為了鍛煉自己的社會交際能力,我選擇在業務部實習,經理是位年青充滿精力的和善人。在這里不僅能學到各種本行業、專業技能,而且能學習到怎樣處理好人際關系,對自己的現在和以后的發展都是一個十分重要的挑戰。
實習的結果也證明我的選擇是正確的。
在實習的開始頭兩個星期里,我主要是熟悉產品,包括:學習各種產品的使用和簡單障礙處理、向客戶詳細介紹產品的性能和演示產品。紙上得來終覺淺,要知此事要躬行。課本上早已學過的東西,因為沒有接觸過實物,使得在剛使用機器時有“心有余而力不足”的感覺。
一款收款機,看起來很簡單就是那么幾個鍵,可要真正能熟練操作,我甚至用了比預期多一整天的時間才能真正地操作,但還不能和超市里的營業員們比。因為這是我接觸的項產品,成績如此不濟,也激起了的興趣和好學的愿望。
因此在以后的操作學習中,我倍加用功,專心致志,卻也收到了事半功倍的效果。自己操作產品、熟悉產品,還不算難的,真正要下功夫學的.是怎樣向客戶全面、生動,而又要簡明、扼要、有所側重要地介紹出自己的產品。這里面的關鍵是要會說,不僅要說對,還要說得能引起客戶的興趣,從而能成功地作成一莊生意。這也是對我一個巨大挑戰,因為我本就不善言語,就更沒有什么說話技巧和口才了,這也就是我就克服的困難。先是自己對著機器練,再是對著同事練,然后再找經理幫忙,要他裝成顧客,我找他練,嘴皮子磨破了的時候,我也終于看到了經理臉上露出來的笑容。
接下來的一個星期里是實習業務階段,就是通俗上說的“跑業務”。“跑業務”關鍵是要“跑”,要求我們能吃苦,能堅持,有韌力。因為業務技巧有過培訓,產品自己也能了然于胸,但怎樣正確地向客戶表達出來,還需要師傅們實際教導。次接觸生人,開始正式交談,未免有些局促、放不開,話語的表達也不是很通順、清楚、扼要,在跟著老師實際學習和模仿了x次以后,我基本上克服了次的毛病,老師也說好好了,并贊揚我進步很快。
再結束了師傅“帶”的階段之后,就是自己親自獨立上場,自己表演了。這也就是最后的7個禮拜的我的工作。所說已有了臨場的經驗,但畢竟是自己一個人出場,心中仍是存有余悸。因為我的工作主要就是向客戶介紹、推廣我們的餐飲軟件,而人家顯然是有備而來,對付的又是我這樣的初出茅廬的新人,三下五去二就把我給擺平了。沒用三句話,我就這樣輕易地敗下陣來,沒有探出一句對我以后有用的信息,一次接觸以后,我竟不知老板是誰,有沒有分店,有多少員工,甚至沒有留下經理的聯系方法,更可悲的事是,我竟忘了請教他的姓名。
回到公司,經理問我出差情況,我無地自容,但也發誓一切要把這家搞定。這一次的失敗,在我寫給經理的報告中我作的深刻的反省,并向經理討教了一些實用技巧。有了次的不幸和失敗之后,我深知自己還很嫩,要學習和練習的東西還真得很多。因此,我在以后的實習工作中也充分認識到這一點,隨時提醒自己要學習,所以在前面整整一個禮拜的無業績之后,我終于迎來了我的個春天——我的桶金。這桶金就是從我次獨自上路時跌倒的地方撿到的。
短短的兩個月的實習工作結束了,留給我的則是在漫長的人生路上用之不盡的財富,感謝系領導和老師給我的這次難得而寶貴的實習機會。現在回頭看走過的這似乎也是漫長的10周60天多天里卻也留下我終身難忘的點滴,在這里我跌倒過,被人嘲笑過,也受過污辱,
