　　當中，逐漸體會到需要不斷的累積自己的護理經驗，這樣在日常的.護理工作中，才可以得心應手。其實護士作為一個幫助者，有責任使其護理工作達到積極的、建設性的效果，而起到治療的作用，護患關系也就成為治療性的關系。

　　常說護理工作又苦又累，這話的確不假，但是也會帶來很多快樂，你只有親身投入其中才會對它有深深的體會。在兒科的護理當中，每個患兒都牽動著我們的心，碰到大一些的孩子，心里護理是很重要的，剛入院的孩子，只要我們進入到病房他們就開始哭。我們想辦法和他們成為好朋友，得到他們的信任，才能讓他們配合治療。

　　面對的是小兒的時候，無論從穿刺、注射到各種用藥，都跟大人有很大的區別！在護患關系上也有變化，小孩都是爸爸媽媽的心肝寶貝，所以在每一個治療上，我們都會跟家長們溝通好！讓他們放心，他們才能安心！

　　在兒科，沒有過硬的穿刺技術是不行的，“一針見血”在兒科更顯突出，尤為重要，因為患兒都是爸媽的心頭肉，打在兒身上，痛在爸媽身上嘛！因此我們勤學苦練，多總結多摸索，“熟能生巧”的道理也在這里得以體現。我們下苦工夫，多學多看多練，頭皮穿刺也是容易一次成功的，而能做到“一針見血”在兒科干護理工作也容易多了，輕松多了。

　　工作過程中，我嚴格遵守醫院及各科室的規章制度，認真履行護士職責，嚴格要求自己，尊敬師長，團結同事，踏實工作，熱愛兒童事業，全心全意為患兒著想。同時理解家屬，正確處理好護患關系，能做好解釋與安慰工作。
