我叫張偉，今年25歲，共青團(tuán)員，20xx年畢業(yè)西安科技大學(xué)，軟件工程專業(yè)。目前在陜西電網(wǎng)GIS平臺(tái)實(shí)施中擔(dān)任GIS實(shí)施工程師一職。活潑開朗、樂觀上進(jìn)勤于學(xué)習(xí)能不斷進(jìn)步自身的能力與綜合素質(zhì)是我對(duì)自己的一貫認(rèn)識(shí)。對(duì)待工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，善于溝通、協(xié)調(diào)有較強(qiáng)的組織能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)精神一直是同事對(duì)我的評(píng)價(jià)。

工作責(zé)任心代表你對(duì)你負(fù)責(zé)的工作是否敢于承擔(dān)責(zé)任，代表你對(duì)你負(fù)責(zé)的工作的態(tài)度。主動(dòng)性代表你是否愿意主動(dòng)去承擔(dān)更多的工作，敢于面對(duì)更大的挑戰(zhàn)，在公司這兩年里，我一直把工作責(zé)任心和主動(dòng)性放在第一位，無論是在許昌供電公司的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備、數(shù)據(jù)采集和實(shí)施，還是在洛陽供電公司的平臺(tái)實(shí)施，我都能以高度負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度和滿腔的熱情投入到工作中。例如在許昌供電公司采集中，由于是試點(diǎn)單位，可以借鑒的材料和經(jīng)驗(yàn)很有限，我們只能在采集中不斷摸索和總結(jié)。那時(shí)候的采集不像后期其他地市那樣，聘請(qǐng)的專業(yè)采集隊(duì)伍來進(jìn)行采集，都是局里的師傅和項(xiàng)目組人員拿著相機(jī)和GPS設(shè)備到現(xiàn)場一個(gè)一個(gè)的采集，作為負(fù)責(zé)人，每次遇到困難的時(shí)候，我都覺得這對(duì)自己是一次新的考驗(yàn)。在采集過程中我始終和同事們工作在一線上，隨時(shí)掌握采集情況。從而保障了采集數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性。工作實(shí)踐讓我體會(huì)到了“責(zé)任”二字的含義，他不代表著命令、也不代表著權(quán)利，而是代表著著擔(dān)當(dāng)。
二、 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力分析
曾經(jīng)有這樣一個(gè)故事：一個(gè)瞎子和一個(gè)跛子，被大火圍在一座樓房里，眼看只有坐以待斃，但四肢健全的瞎子和眼睛明亮的跛子，聰明的組合成一個(gè)完整的“身體”，瞎子背著跛子，跛子指路，終于從大火中死里逃生。這個(gè)故事是我在畢業(yè)的時(shí)候我們的導(dǎo)師給我們講的，這個(gè)故事說明，我們每個(gè)人難免在某些時(shí)候或是“瞎子”，或是“跛子”，都需要與他人合作以彌補(bǔ)我們自身的缺陷，一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成功往往是眾人精誠合作的結(jié)果，作為一個(gè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人，就要學(xué)會(huì)調(diào)動(dòng)組員的積極性、凝聚他們的向心力。如果負(fù)責(zé)人全盤一手包辦，或者只把自己的組員當(dāng)作機(jī)器人一樣使喚，自然會(huì)引起有思想、有主見、有智慧的組員的不滿，從而導(dǎo)致負(fù)責(zé)人與下屬合不來甚至鬧僵的被動(dòng)局面。這點(diǎn)在洛陽市供電公司電網(wǎng)GIS平臺(tái)實(shí)施過程中我深有體會(huì)。
洛陽供電公司變電站87座、輸電線路210條（輸電桿塔9078基、交叉跨越654處）、配電線路323條（配電桿塔27724基、站房2645座）公共設(shè)施3485處（數(shù)據(jù)量僅次于河南省會(huì)城市鄭州供電公司設(shè)備量），作為洛陽供電公司電網(wǎng)GIS平臺(tái)負(fù)責(zé)人，在人員短缺、時(shí)間緊迫的情況下，我們?yōu)榱四軌虬磿r(shí)、按質(zhì)、按量完成任務(wù)，大家不分彼此，通力協(xié)作，同吃同住、每天加班到深夜，通過一個(gè)多月的奮戰(zhàn)，確保了洛陽供電公司電網(wǎng)GIS平臺(tái)的順利上線。
《易經(jīng)》有言云：二人同心，其力斷金。俗話說，單絲不成線，獨(dú)木不成林。也就是說，一個(gè)人再有天大的本事，如果沒有合作精神，仍舊難成大事。洛陽供電公司電網(wǎng)GIS平臺(tái)的成功上線讓我深刻的體會(huì)到了這點(diǎn)。
三、 學(xué)習(xí)能力分析
轉(zhuǎn)眼在公司已經(jīng)兩年了，從鄭州GIS平臺(tái)到國網(wǎng)GIS平臺(tái)，從河南省到陜西省，
從數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備到數(shù)據(jù)采集在到數(shù)據(jù)錄入，每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目每一個(gè)階段都是我重新學(xué)習(xí)提高的階段，記著當(dāng)初剛進(jìn)公司的時(shí)候?qū)τ陔娏IS幾乎是一片空白，但是在同事的幫助以及自身的努力下，不僅使自己對(duì)于電力業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)有了一定的的了解，更是對(duì)GIS在電力行業(yè)的應(yīng)用層面上有了更多的認(rèn)識(shí)。

《普通高中英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（實(shí)驗(yàn)）》的基本理念之一是“優(yōu)化學(xué)習(xí)方式，提高自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。”教育家巴班斯基認(rèn)為“學(xué)生的獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)，能夠培養(yǎng)實(shí)際的技能技巧，增強(qiáng)個(gè)性意志品質(zhì)，提高在學(xué)習(xí)中克服困難的能力，樹立對(duì)自己活動(dòng)的信心。如果學(xué)生能獨(dú)立地學(xué)習(xí)，這是活動(dòng)的理想狀態(tài)，因?yàn)椋藗儗⒁簧家獜氖逻@種活動(dòng)……”這充分說明了自主學(xué)習(xí)的重要性。
五、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)能力的原則
（一）主體性原則。學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體，所有評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)都應(yīng)以學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力發(fā)展為出發(fā)點(diǎn)。
（二）過程性原則。評(píng)價(jià)是教與學(xué)過程中的基本成份，應(yīng)貫穿始終，評(píng)價(jià)既要與《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》相吻合，又要與指導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí)策略一致。
（三）多樣性原則。評(píng)價(jià)要根據(jù)學(xué)生自己的特長和優(yōu)勢(shì)選擇既能適合學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格和學(xué)習(xí)目的，又能使學(xué)生有多種機(jī)會(huì)表現(xiàn)他們意識(shí)、能力和態(tài)度，促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新精神的形成和發(fā)展。
