　　一、重視對資料的管理，做到“資料預控”

　　這一點至關重要，也是做好資料管理的必備條件。工程建設監理資料是項目監理機構對工程項目實施監理過程中逐步形成的，是工程建設過程真實、全面的反映，對控制工程質量有著至關重要的作用。所以說，如果資料不符合要求，工程實體質量根本就無從談起。

　　二、熟練掌握各階段資料收集的范圍及內容
