我很榮興在xx小區(qū)物業(yè)擔(dān)任保潔員，從上崗的第一天開始，我就以嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真的態(tài)度來對(duì)待這份工作。
做保潔工作在很多人眼里都是不值得一提的工作，但當(dāng)你真正接觸到這項(xiàng)工作中的時(shí)候，才發(fā)現(xiàn)并不簡(jiǎn)單，平時(shí)根本不注意的地方，對(duì)于保潔員來說，都不能馬虎，墻角、拐角，犄角旮旯，都是工作的重點(diǎn)。
在xx小區(qū)，懷著真誠(chéng)服務(wù)的心，努力做好本職工作——樓道清掃，同時(shí)也積極的參與小區(qū)內(nèi)道路與廣場(chǎng)的掃雪除冰工作，由于工作努力，成績(jī)有目共睹，得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和小區(qū)業(yè)主的肯定和認(rèn)可。
到工作期間，我從摸索到熟悉，從不自信到自信，在我前進(jìn)的每一步，都得到了公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的熱情相助，得到了大多數(shù)業(yè)主、租戶的諒解與支持。這期間的工作相對(duì)來說還是比較有成績(jī)的，除了個(gè)人努力外，還應(yīng)歸功于我們有一群有熱情、肯于奉獻(xiàn)的物業(yè)工作人員。作這個(gè)總結(jié)其目的決不是給自己擦脂抹粉，而是希望借此回顧一下自己這段時(shí)期的工作得失，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吸取教訓(xùn)。
這一階段的工作，一方面是盡快掌握小區(qū)的基本情況，另一方面確保自己所負(fù)責(zé)的幾棟樓房的日常保潔工作的正常進(jìn)行。部分樓棟由于交接時(shí)間較短，很多事情只能邊干邊學(xué)習(xí)，在大的事件處理上能積極向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)，迅速采取措施，基本上沒有出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤，但也明白自身存在的一些小問題，如對(duì)公司制度理解還不夠，對(duì)一些細(xì)節(jié)注意還不夠，有待在今后的工作中得到改進(jìn)。同時(shí)，希望能有機(jī)會(huì)到其它成熟的小區(qū)去參觀學(xué)習(xí)、掌握更多技能，提高自己的專業(yè)水平。決心在崗位上，投入更大的熱情，完成公司布置的各項(xiàng)工作，不辜負(fù)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的期望。
