一直以來,我對銷售內勤的理解太表面化了,認為銷售內勤的工作只是日常的一些接聽客戶來電、解答客戶提問,按常態的周期管理,安排收、發貨物,編制月終總結就行了,沒有做到用智慧去工作,我想如果用智慧工作答案不會僅是這些千篇一律地呆板程序的重復!對于公司的各個在產品種我應當做到周期管理心中有數,每個環節都了如指掌,回答客戶和公司領導的提問時要像說出自己的性別一樣不假思索,對答如流,當然不是信口開河了,這就要平時與生產部門頻繁溝通,實時追蹤,及時掌握各品種的'生產、物流信息,并提供最準確掌控,最優質的服務,在產成品可發貨的第一時間,將信息準確地傳遞給客戶,從而實現產成品轉化為銷售的循環。
當然,銷售工作不光是服務客戶,更深一層次意義還在于實現自身的銷售管理模式,起到內控職能。內勤要對各個客戶的動態、以及需貨量做到耳熟能詳,每個客戶提貨量的增幅預示市場需求量在不斷變化,根據市場的趨向結合自身的品種優勢定位銷售重點,抓住市場動態,把握市場脈膊。結合月終報表統計分析,為決策提供精確數據,為銷售經理掌控整個全國市場起到出謀劃策的作用。即使經理出差在外也能成竹在胸!
