  在我五年的工作經歷中,前幾家企業我都是在財務商務部門工作,這一次完全不同,命運把我拉進了一個銷售的團隊中。財務商務一直是個嚴謹要求數據精確的部門,而銷售部門向來是個充滿活力和朝氣的,兩者的雖有不同,但我做的工作是將兩者承接。在銷售的團隊中業務人員永遠是沖在第一線的,而我所要負責的工作就是在后方給他們強有力的支援和協助,由我來負責的工作內容主要這么幾項,按我心中的次重點劃分:

  1、業務人員每月的日常費用報銷,這是每月工作的重中之重,xx部在全國各地都遍布著渠道銷售經理,每月幾十號兄弟姐妹的報銷收據將快遞到我這里統一整理、粘貼、填報銷單、審核單據合格性,報批,直至最終與業務人員核對報銷款。這項工作并不難,在這方面我也有豐富的工作經驗,唯一的小不同是各企業對于費用處理都有自己的方式,大同小異,前期有些地方做的不到位,經過與導師和相關部門的溝通,現在這部分工作已經熟悉可獨立完成。

  2、每月終端推廣員打款,這個工作相當于出納的工作,唯一不需要的就是記賬,每月初會有終端推廣部的同事負責提供打款清單,按照清單認真打款即可,需要注意的是要仔細,每一筆款的匯出都不能出錯。

  3、代理商激活獎勵的復核,企業業務的模式,簽約一代和聯盟商,對于每月完成提貨任務的代理商和聯盟商將給予一部分的獎勵,此獎勵以返利的形式出現,每月商務人員會在系統中調出數據,并根據獎勵標準計算獎勵,我所負責的工作即將商務人員提供的獎勵清單郵件給各辦經理進行核對,并收集反饋意見,本人在此屬于橋梁紐帶的作用。在此提出建議,建議企業的系統研發部門繼續優化改良系統,因在系統使用過程中時常會出現數據當日和他日查詢不一致的情況,對于客戶來說數據前后不一會給造成不良的影響。

  4、竄貨以及業務經理激活增長獎勵的核算,這部分也是對代理商和業務經理工作的一種督促,在系統中調出數據,按核算標準列表,后交相關人員核對,最終報批。

  5、辦事處行政預算審核,每月根據年初的行政預算分解預算表提交各辦事處做預算,收集預算表簽批,每月做費用報銷以備查用,嚴禁超預算報銷。

  6、box,qd系統的日常維護,這是企業自行研究的系統,現在主要工作是開通權限,目前還在摸索中學習。以上內容是每個月工作的重點,當然還有平時還會有臨時性的工作,比如給行動的中獎人員打款,代理商會議信息的搜集整理等等。上述的這些工作我都能夠適應,在工作前期工作過程中難免出現焦躁的情緒,經過溝通與自我調結,已無礙。
