　　我于20xx年x月x日成為公司的試用員工，下個月即試用期滿轉正，工作的這一段時間里，在公司領導的帶領下，同事的幫助下，自己在工作，學習等各個方面都取得了較好的成績，現在將自己幾個月內的工作、學習情況做一下自我評價。

　　作為一個應屆畢業生，初來公司，曾經很擔心不知該怎么與人共處，該如何做好工作；但是公司寬松融洽的工作氛圍、團結向上的企業文化，讓我很快完成了從學生到職員的轉變。

　　在輪崗實習期間，我先后在制造部各個車間參觀實習一個月時間。車間各個崗位以及生產流程都是我以前從未接觸過的，和我的專業知識相差也較大；但是各部門領導和同事的耐心指導，使我在較短的時間內熟悉了生產部門的整個操作流程，對公司產品及生產崗位有了進一步了解。

　　在本部門的工作中，我一直嚴格要求自己，認真及時做好領導布置的每一項任務，同時主動為領導分憂；專業和非專業上不懂的問題虛心向同事學習請教，不斷提高充實自己，在其位，謀其職，盡其力。當然，初入職場，難免出現一些小差小錯需領導指正；但前事之鑒，后事之師，這些經歷也讓我不斷成熟，在處理各種問題時考慮得更全面，杜絕類似失誤的發生。在此，我要特地感謝部門的領導和同事對我的入職指引和幫助，感謝他們對我工作中出現的疏漏和不足的提醒和耐心指正，尤其在離職手續辦理憑證、人員總表優化、各類單據編號存檔電子備案等方面的建議與指導，更督促我應時刻具備人事崗位所需的縝密心思與責任感。

　　經過這六個月，我現在已經能夠獨立處理公司員工從入職上崗、轉檔、轉正、調崗、合同續簽、獎勵懲罰、離職等基本人事手續，整理歸檔員工合同，協助提供員工保險繳納單據與名單，處理員工日常單據報銷，以及協助整理提供公司各部門所需的人事相關資料和數據。在近兩個月參加了各高校20xx年校園招聘會，學習并參考了各位同事與領導在招聘面試方面的經驗與技巧，逐漸完善自己在招賢納才方面的知識欠缺。當然我還有很多不足，處理問題的經驗方面有待提高，部門協作能力也需要進一步增強，需要不斷繼續學習以提高自己業務能力。

　　這是我的第一份工作，這半年來我學到了很多，感悟了很多；看到公司的迅速發展，我深深地感到驕傲和自豪，也更加迫切的希望以一名正式員工的身份在這里工作，實現自己的奮斗目標，體現自己的人生價值，和公司一起成長。在此我提出轉正，懇請領導給我繼續鍛煉自己、實現理想的機會。我會用謙虛的態度和飽滿的熱情做好我的本職工作，為公司創造價值，同公司一起展望美好的未來！
