　　一、基本情況

　　根據(jù)《安徽省智慧學校建設總體規(guī)劃（20xx-20xx年）》和《宿州市人民政府關于20xx年實施33項民生工程的通知》（宿政發(fā)〔20xx〕5號）文件精神，到20xx年底，以貧困地區(qū)農(nóng)村義務教育小規(guī)模學校(教學點)為重點，實現(xiàn)貧困地區(qū)義務教育小規(guī)模學校（教學點）智慧學校建設全覆蓋。項目經(jīng)費從20xx年省級貧困地區(qū)義務教育小規(guī)模學校（教學點）智慧學校建設項目專項結余資金、20xx年義務教育薄弱環(huán)節(jié)改善與能力提升補助資金和自籌資金中統(tǒng)籌解決。

　　二、績效自評工作開展情況
