本人自X年7月進入福建武夷煙葉有限公司工作以來,能夠虛心向同事請教,積極主動學習與工作有關的知識,協助同事、領導做好檢測中心的工作。身為化檢員,我除了盡快熟悉化學檢測相關操作規程、儀器使用,同時結合理論知識,掌握了儀器、藥品的使用、管理,認真履行了化檢員的工作職責,并較好的完成了領導交付的其他工作。近半年來,我在從事化檢工作的同時,也負責了成品檢測工作。主要對下線成品,庫存成品的質量進行把關,確保成品質量符合要求。這一年以來通過不懈的努力我已基本熟悉各項檢測工作,并能配合領導做好檢測中心的日常管理工作。但是自身實踐能力仍顯不足,對突發事件應變能力仍然有待提高,我相信只要自己努力積累實踐經驗,用心熟悉檢測相關知識,一定能夠在今后的工作當中完善自己,更出色地完成各項工作。

20xx年xx月xx日,我成為該公司的試用雇員,試用期已滿3個月。
剛來公司時,曾是一個很好的榜樣,擔心不知道怎樣與人相處,怎樣把工作做好;但公司寬松和諧的工作氛圍,團結向上的企業文化,使我很快完成了從學生到職員的轉變。
從11月初進公司起,我就一直在大崗工地工作,雖然我以前很少接觸過監理這份工作,但來自部門領導和同事們的耐心指導,使我在較短的時間內就適應了工地的工作環境,也熟悉了監理的工作內容。
在監理工作過程中,我一直嚴格要求自己,認真及時做好監理的本職工作;虛心向同事學習,了解專業與非專業的問題,不斷提高充實自己,希望早日成為一名專業與非專業的人,為公司做出更大的貢獻。誠然,剛進入職場的我,難免會有一些小差小錯,這些經歷也讓我逐漸成熟,在處理各種問題時考慮更加全面,杜絕了類似錯誤的.發生。為此,我謹特別感謝總監和同事給我的指導和幫助,以及他們對我工作中的錯誤的提醒和指正。
