在院級領導及分管院長的領導下，以及在各科的密切配合支持下，在護士長的團結協作努力完成護理工作任務，對我自己的自我評價如下：
認真落實各項規(guī)章制度，嚴格執(zhí)行規(guī)章制度是增高護理質量，確保醫(yī)療的安全。遵守各級護理人員職責，明確了各類崗位責任制和護理工作制度，如責任護士、巡回護士各盡其職，杜絕了病人私自換吊瓶，自拔針的不良現象。認真落實骨科護理常規(guī)及顯微外科護理常規(guī)，堅持填寫了各種信息數據登記本，配備五種操作處置盤。
堅持了查對制度，要求醫(yī)囑班查對，每周護士長參加總核對1-2次，并有記錄；護理操作時要求三查七對；堅持填寫輸液卡，從未發(fā)生大的護理差錯。
加強管理，加強質量控制，嚴格落實制度，認真檢查。護理部每周一次不定期檢查、與質檢科配合，每月一次護理工作全面檢查，并及時反饋信息，每周一次科室工作質量檢查并記錄。
堅持了以病人為中心，以質量為核心，為病人提供優(yōu)質服務的宗旨，深入開展了以病人為中心的健康教育。陪病人辦入院手續(xù)，送病人到手術室，三個病區(qū)固定了責任護士、巡回護士，使病員得到了周到的服務。
在肯定成績的同時，我也清醒地看到存在的不足，在意識上還應該大膽創(chuàng)新，持之以恒。

“做一名好教師”是許多教師一生所追求的目標，也是我的目標。自踏入教育這個行業(yè)以來，我始終以勤勤懇懇、踏踏實實的態(tài)度來對待我的工作，以“師德”規(guī)范自我的教育教學工作，以“當一名好教師”作為自我工作的座右銘現本學期的工作評價如下：
一、在思想上，進取上進。
我進取參加各種學習培訓考試，認真參加政治學習，學習教育教學理論，提高自我的思想覺悟，我還深知要教育好學生，教師必須時時做到教書育人、言傳身教、為人師表，以自我的人格、行為去感染學生，努力使學生、家長能理解我、喜歡我。作為一名教師自身的師表形象要時刻注意，我在注意自身師表形象的同時十分重視對學生的全面培養(yǎng)。因為我深信良好的品行是每個人身上最美的東西，針對社會這一大氣候和學生這一小氣候我把學生的德育、美育工作放到了最重要的地位。在工作中，我進取、主動、勤懇、職責性較強，樂于理解學校布置的各項工作;我還注重文化學習，在不斷的學習中，努力使自我的思想覺悟、理論水平、業(yè)務本事都得到較快的提高。
二、在教育教學工作上，敬業(yè)愛崗，嚴謹治教。
把學生教好，讓學生成功，是每位教師最大的心愿、最高的榮譽。對于課程改革環(huán)境下的教師，光有一桶水是不夠的，教師要擁有自來水。在工作中，我深知學習的重要性，抓住一切機會認真學習，在學習實踐中不斷提高自我的教育教學水平及教學管理水平。在校內，虛心、主動地向年輕教師學習信息技術，豐富教學手段，抓住學校安排校內聽課的機會，虛心學習，不恥下問，及時消化，吸取別人的精華，在自我的教學中不斷實踐，不斷評價，不斷提高平時向書本學習、向身邊有經驗的教師學習，提高自我的課堂教學水平。總之，這一學期我不僅僅在業(yè)務本事上，還是在教育教學上都有了必須的提高。但我平時工作中出現需改善的地方也較多：如理論知識不夠，論文精品意識不強;電腦知識長進不快。在今后的工作中，我將揚長補短，不斷努力。
三、服從安排，進取主動。
在每周1節(jié)課的情景下，要安排好自我的工作，的確有時感到力不從心。做到學期初進行合理計劃，實施過程抓落實，及時反思小結，期末評價。這學期為了扎實地推進新的教學課程，進取和本組、本年段教師進行課堂教學調研活動，我盡量抽出時間，按照計劃，及時與教師探討、交流。作業(yè)作到面批面改。使學生的成績都有不一樣程度的提高。能做到顧全大局，服從安排，互相關心，互相幫忙，互相溝通。
四、提高素養(yǎng)，努力工作。
在各位領導和教師的大力支持、幫忙下，本人堅持出全勤，從不請臨時事假，把全部的經歷用在教育教學上。這學期本人圓滿地完成教育教學工作。可是在不斷的工作實踐中，我深深地認識到，課程的改革需要我不斷的加強學習、反思，提高自身的素養(yǎng)。在教育教學工作中也暴露出不足，如何做到科學計劃、科學落實、科學管理教育教學，這些還需不斷地努力。期望大家對本人進行嚴格地監(jiān)督，作出批評指正。
