　　一、施工質(zhì)量檢查總結(jié)

　　1、20xx年2月17日到公司開(kāi)完會(huì)已后按照公司要求進(jìn)行檢查了深圳萬(wàn)科千林山居項(xiàng)目、廣州從化夏灣拿項(xiàng)目、檢查各項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)文件、施工方案、施工質(zhì)量、施工安全、整個(gè)施工生產(chǎn)體系，檢查中存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題、安全隱患、生產(chǎn)要點(diǎn)已全面做出了整改措施和技術(shù)控制方法，并將檢查存在的各分項(xiàng)工程技術(shù)資料上報(bào)了公司。

　　2、根據(jù)檢查存在的問(wèn)題我已經(jīng)做了相關(guān)的整改技術(shù)交底，并將技術(shù)交底下發(fā)到各位工長(zhǎng)手中，并切要求各項(xiàng)目主要管理人員按照相關(guān)技術(shù)交底資料實(shí)施控制工程質(zhì)量，在實(shí)施過(guò)程中因管理體系不建全領(lǐng)導(dǎo)沒(méi)有高度重視工程質(zhì)量，層層落實(shí)不到位，所以執(zhí)行中沒(méi)有原格按照相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范資料落實(shí)，沒(méi)有落實(shí)的原因分析；

　　a、根據(jù)目前各項(xiàng)目在建工程存在的質(zhì)量、和安全問(wèn)題進(jìn)一步作出分析，工程質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命，一個(gè)企業(yè)應(yīng)于質(zhì)量第一、安全第一為目標(biāo)。首先公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)工程質(zhì)量就沒(méi)有得到高度的重視，公司對(duì)各項(xiàng)目沒(méi)有制定明確的質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)、安全管理目標(biāo)、沒(méi)有明確可行的質(zhì)量、安全控制措施，更沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的控制目標(biāo)，因此、導(dǎo)致每個(gè)分項(xiàng)工程在施工過(guò)程中就沒(méi)有得到有效的控制。

　　b、各項(xiàng)目對(duì)質(zhì)量管理存在最大的缺陷就是沒(méi)有做好有針對(duì)性的作業(yè)技術(shù)交底控制書(shū)，高層管理人員對(duì)各分項(xiàng)工程的質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)不明確，安全管理也不明確，更不用說(shuō)有什么指導(dǎo)控制性的有效技術(shù)文件，波動(dòng)性和隨意性都比較大，根據(jù)檢查結(jié)果可以反映出前期的實(shí)施過(guò)程，分項(xiàng)工程施工中基本是根據(jù)各位工長(zhǎng)的隨意性去指揮操作，無(wú)論技術(shù)高低，沒(méi)有按照有關(guān)規(guī)范要求做出相關(guān)的有效控制文件。

　　c、做好技術(shù)交底是有效控制工程質(zhì)量的條件之一，為此，每一分項(xiàng)工程開(kāi)始實(shí)施前均要進(jìn)行交底，作業(yè)技術(shù)的交底、施工方案的具體細(xì)化，明確更具體的技術(shù)實(shí)施方案，是工序施工的具體指導(dǎo)文件，做好技術(shù)交底首先項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理就應(yīng)該高度重視，并切要明確交底的內(nèi)容包括施工方法，質(zhì)量要求和驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，施工過(guò)程中需注意的問(wèn)題，可能出現(xiàn)的意外問(wèn)題及應(yīng)急措施。關(guān)鍵部位，或技術(shù)難度大，施工復(fù)雜的分項(xiàng)工程，沒(méi)有做好技術(shù)交底的分項(xiàng)工程，不得進(jìn)入正式實(shí)施。

　　二、生產(chǎn)與質(zhì)量管理概述

　　1、建設(shè)工程是一個(gè)生產(chǎn)的單件性，流動(dòng)性、波動(dòng)較大，它不像一般工業(yè)產(chǎn)品那樣的生產(chǎn)線那么規(guī)范，有固定的生產(chǎn)流水線，有規(guī)范化的生產(chǎn)工藝和完善的檢測(cè)技術(shù)、有成套的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境，所以工程質(zhì)量容易產(chǎn)生波動(dòng)而且波動(dòng)還比較大，同時(shí)影響工程質(zhì)量的因素還比較多，其中任一因素發(fā)生變動(dòng)，都會(huì)使工程質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生波動(dòng)。如材料規(guī)格品種使用錯(cuò)誤、施工方法不當(dāng)、操作未按規(guī)程進(jìn)行、機(jī)械設(shè)備故障、設(shè)計(jì)失誤、生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)施工環(huán)境等等都會(huì)造成工程質(zhì)量事故。主要一個(gè)因素就是人為因素，根據(jù)我公司目前在建的工程項(xiàng)目、所存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題、和安全隱患絕大部份是人為因素所造成的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題和安全問(wèn)題，總的歸納起來(lái)主要有五個(gè)方面，人因素、材料因素、機(jī)械因素、施工方法、施工環(huán)境五大因素。

　　2、人員因素、人是生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的主體，也是工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的決策者、管理者、操作者、工程建設(shè)的全過(guò)程，如項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃，決策、勘察、設(shè)計(jì)和施工，都是通過(guò)人來(lái)完成的。人員的素質(zhì)，即人的文化水平、技術(shù)水平、決策能力、管理能力、作業(yè)能力、控制能力、身體素質(zhì)及職業(yè)道德等，都將直接地影響施工質(zhì)量，所以人員因素是影響工程質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要因素。因此要加強(qiáng)管理人員的自身管理素質(zhì)，提高質(zhì)量、安全的管理素質(zhì)，首先要從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做起，要從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)抓起。
