20xx至20xx年畢業于廣播電視大學蕪湖分校，電子商務專業，在校期間就對設計行業非常的渴望，曾自學3Ds max、Auto CAD、Photoshop、Dream weaver，還了解CorelDRAW、Illustrator，并且對這些設計軟件非常的愛好，對自學的那些已掌握了一些基本的操作，能繪制一些基本的實物圖，然而我并沒有滿足，更沒有放棄，還一直在自學。只可惜自學總歸自學，并不能完全掌握，所以一直都在尋找一個能實踐的平臺，希望自己能如愿以償!另外，我雖不是計算機專業，但自信對計算機的了解和操作不比計算機專業的學生差!
在校學習的課余時間里，只要是談論或者實踐有關計算機方面的知識，我都會與學友一起討論和學習!那時就已熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，曾在社區做過兼職文員。學習之余還通過在網上了解電腦知識，代朋友組裝了一臺在當時配置很好的電腦，從而也就使自己在電腦硬件知識方面有了很大提高!
現在已畢業一年多的我，也有過一些工作經歷，做過銷售員、商場管理、售后服務、電腦技術員。其中最喜歡的就是電腦技術員了，主要是電腦系統及軟件和企業網絡的的維護，雖然也學了些東西，但感覺學的還是太少了，簡直就是九牛一毛，所以就還一直在尋找一份與電腦和設計相關的工作，朝著自己最感興趣最有潛力的方向去發展!

一、個人工作總結
我是去年*月有幸被**公司錄用的，之前我一直從事廣告平面設計方面的工作，到了蘇州后找的第一份工作就是網頁設計，不過做的時間不是很長，對這方面還算是個生手。
到了**公司以后，先是擔任平臺設計師的工作至*月下旬，然后又調到網站建設部做網站設計師一直至今。在工作中，我學到了很多東西，從不懂，到有點懂，再到完全熟悉網頁設計師的崗位職責。這中間的過程，只有我自己最清楚。
很多時候，日常的工作是瑣碎的，我們只有自己從中找到樂趣，才不會覺得枯燥;很多時候當我們做網站剛有靈感的時候，會突然有其它的工作布置下來，我們只有自己調整好自己的心態，統籌安排好自己的工作，才不會手忙腳亂。
那天爸爸給我打電話的時候，我正在加班，爸爸說，怎么又在加班了，要注意身體。我告訴爸爸，不知道為什么我喜歡工作，喜歡那種充實的感覺，雖然有的時候回到家的時候真的很累，也會偶爾覺得自己活得有點辛苦，但是一旦自己真的閑下來的時候，反而覺得很不適應了。爸爸說，恭喜你，長大了，那至少說明你不是一個好逸惡勞的人。

在平臺上工作的時候，感謝總監一直教導我，要不斷提高自己的設計能力;感謝龔琳娜從我進公司的第一天起，就耐心的教給我很多我不懂的東西;感謝劉國平和邱小東，在我剛進公司對代碼絲毫不懂的情況下，對我的熱心的幫助。感謝有在平臺上磨練的那段時光，正是那段時間激發了我的斗志和工作熱情!
到了網站建設部以后，我被一種莫名的東西感動著。我們是一支年輕的隊伍，部門經理也是一個80年代以后的年輕的女孩子。我們雖然年輕，但是我們并不浮躁，我們充滿激情和憧憬，我們充滿力量和動力。這不正是我想要的那種感覺嗎?為了一個同目標，我們會齊心奮力向前。我的心找到了歸宿，我安定了下來。我確定：這就是我的事業，為**公司，為自己，努力著!前進著!

三、與客戶溝通
雖然從大學畢業的時間還不到兩年，但是，可能因為我是一個不太能閑得住的人吧，從大二開始我就在學習之余將自己的另一只腳正式踏入了設計行業。
在來**公司之前，我也接觸過很多各種各樣的客戶，有蠻不講理的，也有和藹可親的，不過那些都是和客戶當面溝通交流的，和客戶在意見上發生分歧時，大部分我可以很輕易的用我的設計專業方面的知識說服客戶，甚至可以現場做出效果來改變他們的主意。
可是，來了**公司之后，我才發現電話溝通真的是一門很深奧的學問。在電話這頭的我，看不見電話那頭客戶的表情，動作，只能從電話中客戶的語氣來分析猜測客戶此時的想法和心情。也漸漸開始明白：有些時候，不論客戶再怎么糾纏，我都必須堅持某些工作上的原則，因為一旦為一個客戶開了先河，我就必須考慮到接下來該如何面對更多的客戶，我必須為自己的一言一行負責到底;而有些時候，又必須對一些客戶妥協，即使他們再怎么讓我深惡痛絕，我還是必須認真的完成對他們的服務，因為不能因為一些小事，丟失掉一些重要的客戶。
