　　我于20xx年7月14日20xx年10月31日到廣州市鳳凰城酒店實習，這段時間我的收獲很大。酒店服務是有形產品和無形服務的混合體，酒店服務質量評價的標準就是客人的滿意程度。處于買方市場的酒店應把顧客需求作為營銷工作的動身點，前廳代表酒店與賓客接觸，滿足客人對酒店服務的各種需求，接受客人的投訴，解決客人的疑問題目，是酒店的神經中樞。正是基于這些，前廳的地位和作用就尤顯重要。

　　前廳部固然不是酒店主要的營業(yè)部分，但對酒店的市場形象、服務質量乃至管理水平和經營效益有著相當重要的影響。前廳部可謂是酒店管理的點睛之筆。通過這次在鳳凰城酒店接近四個月的實習，本人獲益非淺。酒店就即是是一個社會的縮影。這次實習無疑是為不久的將來踏進社會的我提供一次重要的機會。

　　1、溝通能力進步：作為一位前臺接待員，作為酒店的一線員工，與客人的接觸是面對面的，是最直接的。常常前臺接待員一句話可以影響客人對酒店的整體印象，乃至影響客人整天的心情狀態(tài)。如何讓自己說出的語言讓客人聽得舒服，聽得開心，是作為一位前臺接待員所必須要學習的課程。固然，溝通不但限于與客人之間，還存在于同事之間，乃至是對上級。人不免不會有情緒上的波動，然而這類情緒上的波動常常會影響他人的心情。如何調劑好本身的心態(tài)，用最好的心態(tài)往面對客人，面對同事乃至上級，如何帶給他人一個最好的笑臉，是我每天都要認真思考的題目。在這次實習中，我不但在溝通能力上得到了進步，還學會了如何調劑自我的心態(tài)。

　　2、突發(fā)事件應變能力進步：在前臺接待處工作，天天都必須作好作戰(zhàn)的預備。由于作為一位前臺接待員，天天都要接待不同的客人，面對不同的事件。進住的客人中不免會有些不大禮貌的客人，乃至會對接待員口出惡言。面對這樣的清況，要如何撫慰客人的情緒，同時也要保護酒店的利益與本身的安全，對我來講又是另外一個考驗。

　　3、工作獨立處理能力進步：通過這次實習，我深切的了解到，必須學會自己有能力的事情必須自己做的這個道理。只有培養(yǎng)本身的獨立能力，才能在工作上得到進步。在工作上，有題目，有不懂應當大膽請教同事，而不是不懂裝懂。獨立工作，積累經驗，最后得到的才是最合適自己的東西。

　　4、服務意識進步：作為一位前臺接待員，時刻都代表著酒店。不管是在工作崗位上，還是走在路上，只要穿著酒店的

　　制服就應當時刻都有為客人提供最好的服務的意思。我們是微笑之城的使者，一切為了賓客，為了賓客的一切，為了一切賓客。

　　我自去年10月入職以來至今年4月份整六個月的時間，也是我試用期滿的日期。今天我鄭重的向公司提出轉正申請，請公司考慮我的請求!

　　時間飛逝，轉眼六個月試用期限將過。在這六個月中，通過公司部門組織的教育培訓，以及通過我自身的學習，對公司、部門及我個人的工作內容有了非常詳細的了解。對公司今后的發(fā)展充滿信心，對我自己能勝任這份工作充滿了信心。在以后的日子里，我還將努力工作，努力工作學習，為公司、部門及我個人的發(fā)展而努力。現在我就自己在六個月中的工作、學習情況作一下簡單的匯報。

　　剛進入公司后就直接進入*項目組，由于該項目期限緊、工作量大，進入項目后能夠迅速溶入項目團隊的工作中。和同事一起為了推進項目進度，加班加點分析提出解決方案。因處于項目后期，我在短時間內了解了分派的*項目的業(yè)務內容，并開始協助團隊的成員在以下方面展開工作。

　　1。協助團隊成員與日方擔當進行業(yè)務溝通。

　　2。協助團隊成員進行測試式樣的評審。

　　3。并做出相對業(yè)務比較較復雜頁面的測試數據。

　　4。參與畫面系的測試工作。

　　由于對技術、業(yè)務和日語的掌握，在整個業(yè)務開展過程中爭取主動出擊，通過各種形式推進問題的確認進度，可以說在一定程度上縮短了問題的確認時間，同時也的到了同事們的認可。

　　通過參與項目對公司的項目管理有了一定程度的了解。在項目實施的各個階段，項目組在質量部門的協助下通過使用各種工具對項目進行量化管理。好多管理工具是我在之前的項目管理中是沒有接觸過的。通過對項目管理工具的學習也讓我對軟件項目管理有了更深層次的認識。
