　　本學期本班的生活管理的指導思想：

　　介于今年是大學生活的第一年同學們來自與大江南北，生活上有所不適，學習和管理上未養成嚴于律己刻苦勤奮的作風。本學期工作重心放在關懷同學的日常生活，嚴格日長生活作風，引導同學門順利完成由高中生向大學生的過度上。

　　本學期生活工作目的：

　　幫助同學們完成初上大學生活上的過渡，做好本質生活工作為同學們的學習提供一個舒適的環境。

　　生活工作內容：

　　1、協助其他班委和團支部組織了各項活動，為各項活動做好組織喝后勤保障。其中包括班級聚會.中秋聚會、籃球比賽、趣味運動會、兵馬傭之游，團日等。

　　這些活動極大的豐富了同學們的生活，使得同學們在學習之余在大學同樣體會到了家的溫暖。使原本枯燥的學習生活變的生動。增加了班級的凝聚力。

　　本學期本班的生活工作在豐富大學生活這方面做出了經濟61班的風格和特色。以實際多樣的工作方式，充分挖掘大學生活的美好。也使得同學們的關系變的親密無間，某些本來性格內向的同學也開朗了起來。

　　2、在本質工作上，我堅持做到了及時領取同學們的包裹信件，保證同學們在第一時間收到遠方親友的關愛。在管理班級財務上，本學期本班共收取班費每人50，并在其他時期收取費用中填充班費，基本上作到了帳目分明，用款得當，在組織各種活動的過程中每比支出都與其他班委共同討論商量。及時傳達學習，生活中需及時辦理的瑣碎事宜。

　　本人在大二、大三期間擔任我班的學習委員，認認真真、扎扎實實地做好土木102班學習委員的本職工作，切實完成了班主任交給我的任務，并對班級里的各項事務也認真負責。在這一年里，我不斷地充實和提高自己。

　　一、思想方面

　　本人在當學習委員期間，積極地為預備黨員轉正做準備，擁護黨的各項方針政策，堅持四項基本原則。在工作當中，我也能端正自己的心態，勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，勤奮刻苦。

　　二、工作方面

　　首先，我及時告知同學們任課老師布置的作業以及需要傳達的事宜，收發各科作業。課前點名，督促大家按時上課，做到不逃課，不遲到，不早退。通知同學們各項考試的時間和相關安排，提醒同學們按時參加考試不要遲到。和各科老師及教學秘書保持聯系，幫助老師安排教室、課堂的調整及教材的發放。

　　其次，我積極鼓勵班里里的同學參加各種學科競賽。在我們學校組織的結構設計大賽上，我們班就有若干隊伍參加，并在大賽上取得二等獎的優異成績。

　　再次，我協助班長工作搞好班級工作，組織同學一起上自習，組織班級學習研討會，讓大家在一起交流學習經驗，表揚先進，找出問題，并討論解決。讓大家在學習上互相幫助，形成互幫互愛的班級氛圍。

　　三、個人學習

　　四、努力方向
