　　對于自己來說，需要學習的東西很多，他們就是最好的老師，正所謂“三人行，必有我師”，我們可以向他們學習很多知識、道理。實踐是學生接觸社會，了解社會，服務社會，運用所學知識實踐自我的最好途徑。親身實踐，而不是閉門造車。實現了從理論到實踐再到理論的飛躍。增強了認識問題，分析問題，解決問題的能力。為認識社會，了解社會，步入社會打下了良好的基礎。同時還需我們在以后的學習中用知識武裝自己，用書本充實自己，為以后服務社會打下更堅固的基礎!

　　一.在社會上要善于與別人溝通。經過一段時間的尋找工作讓我認識更多的人。如何與別人溝通好，這門技術是需要長期的練習。以前工作的機會不多，使我與別人對話時不會應變，會使談話時有冷場，這是很尷尬的。人在社會中都會融入社會這個團體中，人與人之間合力去做事，使其做事的過程中更加融洽，更事半功倍。別人給你的意見，你要聽取、耐心、虛心地接受。

　　二.在社會中要有自信。自信不是麻木的自夸，而是對自己的能力做出肯定。在多次的面試中，明白了自信的重要性。你沒有社會工作經驗沒有關系。重要的是你的能力不比別人差。社會工作經驗也是積累出來的，沒有第一次又何來第二、第三次呢?有自信使你更有活力更有精神。

　　三. 在社會中要克服自己膽怯的心態。開始放假的時候，知道要進行暑假實習時，自己就害怕了。自己覺得困難挺多的，自己的社會經驗缺乏，學歷不足等種種原因使自己覺得很渺小，自己懦弱就這樣表露出來。幾次的嘗試就是為克服自己內心的恐懼。如工作的領導所說的“在社會中你要學會厚臉皮，不怕別人的態度如何的惡劣，也要輕松應付，大膽與人對話，工作時間長了你自然就不怕了。”其實有誰一生下來就什么都會的，小時候天不怕地不怕，嘗試過吃了虧就害怕，當你克服心理的障礙，那一切都變得容易解決了。戰勝自我，只有征服自己才能征服世界。有勇氣面對是關鍵，如某位名人所說：“勇氣通往天堂，怯懦通往地獄。”

　　四. 工作中不斷地豐富知識。知識猶如人體血液。人缺少了血液，身體就會衰弱，人缺少了知識，頭腦就要枯竭。
