3、培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生合作意識(shí). 最后一個(gè)任務(wù),我讓學(xué)生小組合作,看誰的家務(wù)活做得最精彩,誰的生活最有意義,然后讓小組上臺(tái)表演,盡情展示各組的合作成果,最后做出評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)選出每組的最佳人選,并給予表?yè)P(yáng)和鼓勵(lì).這一任務(wù)的完成,需要更豐富的語言,能體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力及創(chuàng)新能力,也是對(duì)整節(jié)課的總結(jié)和提升。轉(zhuǎn)盤的使用很巧妙,很自然地就讓學(xué)生練習(xí)到了不同的日子和不同日子里需要上的課程,因?yàn)闀r(shí)間無法復(fù)制。 不足之處:
教具的使用不到位,如日歷,課前準(zhǔn)備好了,但是課中沒有使用。在新授課過程中由于情景創(chuàng)設(shè)的不太到位,與學(xué)生的生活聯(lián)系不太緊密,因此,學(xué)生的積極性雖然很高,但是仍有部分學(xué)生并沒有完全融入課堂。還有,在拓展環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)上,我沒有抓住這個(gè)分類整理已學(xué)詞語的好機(jī)會(huì)。雖然也展示了以前所學(xué)的詞語,卻沒有做一次小結(jié),造成了只是教師羅列詞語,學(xué)生僅限于記憶詞語,忽略了語言的交流性質(zhì)。沒有給學(xué)生一個(gè)使用詞語的機(jī)會(huì),沒有給學(xué)生語言交流的語言環(huán)境。這是本節(jié)課的失誤,因?yàn)榻虒W(xué)實(shí)踐證明,這樣分類整理詞語更貼近生活,更易于學(xué)生的實(shí)際運(yùn)用。
總之,通過一個(gè)多月的國(guó)培學(xué)習(xí),讓我學(xué)到了不少知識(shí)。在今后的教育教學(xué)生涯中,我會(huì)努力學(xué)習(xí),不斷為自己充電,扎實(shí)工作,努力為教育事業(yè)添磚加瓦。

設(shè)計(jì)自主型作業(yè)
