　　1、在注意優(yōu)生的同時(shí)不忘對(duì)后進(jìn)生的提拔。這節(jié)課中我多次讓后進(jìn)生來回答問題，在同學(xué)面前表現(xiàn)自己，讓他們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)中找到更多的自信。搭建

　　3、培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生合作意識(shí). 最后一個(gè)任務(wù),我讓學(xué)生小組合作,看誰的家務(wù)活做得最精彩,誰的生活最有意義,然后讓小組上臺(tái)表演,盡情展示各組的合作成果,最后做出評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)選出每組的最佳人選,并給予表?yè)P(yáng)和鼓勵(lì).這一任務(wù)的完成,需要更豐富的語言,能體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力及創(chuàng)新能力,也是對(duì)整節(jié)課的總結(jié)和提升。轉(zhuǎn)盤的使用很巧妙，很自然地就讓學(xué)生練習(xí)到了不同的日子和不同日子里需要上的課程，因?yàn)闀r(shí)間無法復(fù)制。 不足之處：

　　總之，通過一個(gè)多月的國(guó)培學(xué)習(xí)，讓我學(xué)到了不少知識(shí)。在今后的教育教學(xué)生涯中，我會(huì)努力學(xué)習(xí)，不斷為自己充電，扎實(shí)工作，努力為教育事業(yè)添磚加瓦。

　　設(shè)計(jì)自主型作業(yè)
