　　在衛校的第三年是我們到醫院實習的時間，基本上一年都是待在醫院里學習。再這里我熟練我的護理操作技術，把理論和實踐結合在一起，在帶教老師的指導下用我全副的耐心和愛心護理病人，使病人得到良好的照顧，早日康復。到醫院實習認識到許多也是學習護理的同學，也就增加了與其他同學交流和向其學習的機會，鍛煉了自己的交際能力，學到別人的長處，認清自己的短處。所以我喜歡實習。雖然有時會感到累些，但樂此不彼。

　　我個人認為自己最大的缺點就是喜歡一心兩用甚至多用。急功近利，喜歡一口氣學許多東西，但是貪多嚼不爛，即使最后都能學會，也已經搞得自己很疲勞。如今想想，這樣其實并不好，正所謂，貴在精而不在廣。如果我一段時期內專注于一種學問，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握這門知識。自從我發現自己有這個缺點和問題后，我常常警戒自己，步入社會后也不能一心兩用。
