　　Since came to the sea company, joined the Department of Quality Assurance, as a quality inspector, I know the importance of this post, so I do a solid job in their own work, in strict accordance with company standards test products, good quality, will Unqualified product control in the workshop, although the work will encounter many setbacks but I believe I can overcome and seek new solutions. From three aspects of my work to be summed up:

　　First, the duties:

　　Third, the performance:

　　1. 　　在車間做檢驗員時的我，工作中大大小小差錯也出現也不少，讓我印象最深刻的是：

　　(一)左右前縱梁CO2長度不夠批量性的流入到前圍車間

　　(二)傾斜腳踏板少一個沖壓孔批量性流入到總裝車間

　　(三)備胎槽散件流入到總裝車間，這些都能夠避免發生的錯，就是因為我抽檢時的粗心大意而導致發生的，領導的批評讓我認識到了事情重要性，工作中必須得實事求是的做好自我本職。

　　此刻的我又被安排到了金相試驗，這對于我來說是一個很好的機遇，12月份我被分配到了上海區培訓，一開始的幾天每一天都看著師傅們做的每一步步驟，自我也對該工作有了一個熟悉，心里對這工作的流程有了一個了解，師傅們也開始讓我們實踐起來了，從對一個焊點、焊縫切割開始，其次對該切割的零件打磨，最終就是對零件的評判，是否合格，慢慢了我也有點了眉目，日積月累，自我實踐中遇到的問題、許多不足的地方經過師傅們的講解，我便慢慢熟悉了這份工作，有時會經過一些資料會了解，此刻只是剛剛開始，以后遇到的困難肯定有許多許多，所以我會不斷的去努力學習了解，多與的同事交流，評價自我的工作，這樣對能夠我自我會有很大的幫忙。

　　總的來說，這一年里，自我的收獲也不少，我學到了很多學不到的東西，但也吸取了不少教訓，對待工作的態度、職責性，在新的一年里，我會更加努力的去學習，進取的對待工作態度，不求最好，只求更好。

　　一年來，在領導的關心指導下，在同事的支持幫忙下，我不但勤奮踏實地完成了本職工作，并且順利完成了領導交辦的各項臨時任務，自身在各方面都有所提升。為了更好地做好今后的工作，評價經驗，吸取教訓，本人就上一年的工作評價為以下幾項：

　　一、職業道德

　　進入公司以來，我遵守公司各項規章制度，以廠為家，堅持只做對公司有益的事，也深刻體會到了“人與企業共發展”理念的深刻內涵，明白了個人的發展離不開公司的發展，僅有每個人都忠于自我的公司，全體員工共同努力，公司才能不斷發展，同時在公司的發展過程中，也帶動了個人的發展，提高了個人的工作本事和生活水平。

　　二、專業知識、工作本事和具體工作

　　1.專業知識

　　在這一年中，我更加充分的了解了公司產品的性質及檢測方法，學習了肥料的檢測，使我的專業知識更加豐富，檢測水平也有所提高。

　　2.工作本事

　　這一年里，我的管理本事有所提高，感激領導對我的信任和支持，讓我一向擔任組長這一職務，讓我對檢測工作有了更深更廣泛的認識，拓寬了我的知識面，提高了我的本事。

　　3.具體工作

　　(1)日常檢測工作

　　____年的上一年，我一向在做檢測工作。1-4月份，我負責進廠物資、生產過程以及倉庫調配過程樣品的檢測。那時正是忙季，每一天都有5-6的辣椒粉運到我公司，又有5-6批辣椒粒在加工車間造成，再加上零星的進廠物資以及各過程樣品的檢測，每一天忙得不可開交，還經常加班。那段日子是緊張而興奮的，工作雖然很忙碌，可是都比較順利地完成了，基本沒有因為檢測耽誤公司的生產。5-7月份，檢驗工作人員進行了重新分組，我被分到了進廠物資組，只負責進廠物資的檢測，其后因為進廠辣椒粉逐漸不少了，我的工作也沒有那么忙碌了。這段時間里，我做了一些其他工作，比如工作量統計、旬報、月報、加班評價及登記、質量報表、組內成員考評、下個生產季度實驗室工作安排、統計一層玻璃器皿、找相關人員處理u8升級后遺留問題等。

　　(2)檢測實驗

　　這一年中我做了2個檢測實驗：第一，次4#溶劑萃取辣椒粒效果實驗，次4#溶劑經過2次與水1：4混合分離，能夠基本去除此4#溶劑中的溶水部分，到達和原先的4#溶劑基本相同的萃取效果。第二，色價損失實驗，主要做了紅辣素、辣椒紅在43度、37度、冰箱放置等條件色價的變化情景，辣椒粉在車間放置過程中的損失情景，得出紅辣素、辣椒紅在43度、37度、冰箱放置過夜，色價沒有變化，而辣椒粉在車間的放置過程中色價損失嚴重的實驗結論。

　　(3)新疆員工以及二車間員工培訓工作

　　5-6月份新疆晨光公司的幾名員工和二車間的2名員工來實驗室培訓，這期間我負責了他們部分的色價、辣度、含量、溶殘等的培訓及考核工作。他們在短時間內基本掌握了實驗室的常規檢測，到達了培訓的目的。

　　評價一年的工作，盡管有了必須的提高和成績，但在一些方面還存在著不足，如：對公司的新產品了解不夠，作為組長對管理方面還欠缺經驗，個別工作做的還不夠完善，這有待于在今后的工作中加以改善。在以后的工作中，我將更加努力工作，多多學習，提升自我的各方面素質，跟上晨光公司的發展步伐，為公司的發展貢獻自我的一份力量!
