時間一晃而過，轉眼間試用期已接近尾聲。這是我人生中彌足珍貴的經歷，也給我留下了精彩而美好的回憶。在這段時間里各位同事和領導給予了我足夠的寬容、支持和幫助，讓我充分感受到了領導們“海納百川”的胸襟，感受到了作為廣告人“不經歷風雨，怎能見彩虹”的豪氣，也體會到了重慶廣告從業人員作為拓荒者的艱難和堅定。在對各位同事和領導肅然起敬的同時，也為我有機會成為今天廣告的一份子而驚喜萬分。
在這三個月的時間里，在領導和同事們的悉心關懷和指導下，通過自身的不懈努力，各方面均取得了一定的進步，現將我的工作情況作如下匯報。
記得初次應聘時，我對公司的認識僅僅局限于重慶幾家頂級的廣告公司之一，對設計師一職的認識也僅局限于從事相對單純的廣告創意和美術執行工作。除此之外，便一無所知了。所以，試用期中如何去認識、了解并熟悉自己所從事的行業，便成了我的當務之急。
一、理論學習和日常工作積累
通過理論學習和日常工作積累使我對公司有了較為深刻的認識。記得初到公司時，交到我手里的第一份工作就是一張企業賀卡的修改，然而說來慚愧是，因為對于對方企業整體形象包裝的不熟悉，導致這張小小的賀卡修改任務就讓我在公司的第一天工作從下午5：00左右持續到深夜12：00以后，反復的修改和漫長的等待客戶的回復對我來說，既新鮮也處處存在挑戰。不懂就學，是一切進步取得的前提和基礎。
在這段時間里我認真學習和認識了公司各相關資料，并且對公司以前的、現在的客戶的相關資料有了比較初步的了解，再加上日常工作積累使我對公司有了較為深刻的認識，也意識到了公司在重慶廣告業舉足輕重的地位，她的發展對于推動整個重慶廣告業的發展有著巨大作用。同時，公司擁有比較先進的管理體制和企業化標準運作的行政機構。這一切都讓我對公司的發展充滿了信心和憧憬。
二、認真學習崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高
根據崗位職責的要求，我的主要工作任務是：
(1)負責完成組長分配下來的設計工作指令。
(2)參與相關廣告創意的討論。
(3)領導交辦的其他工作。
通過完成上述工作，使我認識到一個稱職的設計師應當在具有相當的美術功底、熟悉的設計軟件操作能力的同時，還一定要具備良好的設計心態，并且要敢于多提出自己的想法和方案，敢于創新!當然，良好的語言表達能力是向領導和同事提出自己創意想法的必不可少的。
目前我在創意想法方面存在不足，還需要多向組里的和其他組的各位資深領導和同事多求教、多學習。為了讓自己做一個稱職的廣告美術設計人員，我也閱讀了許多與設計相關的.書籍，并爭取在工作中有所幫助和提高。

工作一年了，結合我自身談談UI設計的重要性�，F在主流的論壇建站程序有兩種Phpwind和Discuz(Phpwind被阿里巴巴收購Discuz被騰訊收購這兩個論壇程序都是開源免費的)，下面是UI設計師個人評價：。
利用這兩種程序我都分別建立過論壇，我第一次用的是Phpwind后來我轉用了Discuz(當時我只是略懂HTML和CSS),迫使我放棄使用Phpwind論壇程序的主要原因是Phpwind論壇界面不太好看(現在phpwind設計團隊好像在這方面做了改進)，第二個是很多功能都很難摸清楚，插件安裝很繁瑣。其實Phpwind的功能比Discuz略強大一點。但是我們現在上網大多都會發現論壇網站都是基于Discuz建立的。Discuz為什么比Phpwind有市場關鍵取決于界面設計和用戶體驗設計。
同樣蘋果的iPhone手機賣的很火爆，iPhone的硬件根本算不上高端，也沒有研發什么強大的手機功能(蘋果有的手軟件件功能智能機基本都能安裝)但是蘋果就是賣的好!大家都知道是因為iPhone的工業設計界面設計和用戶體驗設計做得好!
結合各種實例，我們會發現人們的文化素養提高了，應用軟件已經不能僅僅停留在滿足功能需要。
還需要有審美和文化內涵的需求�，F在中國勞動力的主力軍是70后80后(未來十年是8090后)而這些人大多接受過良好的教育沒有吃過苦，這些人懂得審美有自己的個性，比較挑剔。這就需要我們的軟件在界面設計和用戶體驗設計方面下工夫。這樣才會迎合用戶的各種需求。使用戶滿意，獲得好的口碑。開拓更廣的市場。

作為一名平面設計人員，工作能力的提高是重中之重。20__年的時間里，我對我們所從事的工作流程，方法等有了較深的認識，對平面設計規范也有了一定的了解。能力來源于實踐，實踐檢驗能力;一年來，我對自己的堅持一步一步地腳踏實地走過來，我能熟練的掌握photoshop等設計軟件，加以自己對平面設計的理解，能作出一般的單體效果圖，但是還需要不斷的學習和實踐。

真的是萬事開頭難啊，遇到了很多問題，比如：插入的圖片不符合規格，一下子把其他內容的框架擠開;插入的層太多，大一點的就把小一點的給覆蓋掉了;插入的FLASH不能產生效果。總之問題一籮筐。實踐出真知，原來自己還有那么多欠缺的知識。于是回歸本源，先把課本上的東西弄通再談其他。然后又到圖書管里借了幾本網頁制作方面的書籍來參考。
在對基本知識有了詳細的了解之后，做起東西來就得心應手多了，知道引導頁能過加映像之后，我決定為我的網頁設計一個引導頁。
然后是主頁和二級頁面的設置。要注意,網上只能使用JPG和GIF兩種圖象格式，其他諸如BMP和TIF等很通用的格式都不能用在網上,因為它們太大了,但可以用圖象軟件進行轉換，比如Office 97的照片編輯器。把準備在主頁上出現的圖象放進相應的目錄里后.
在一步一步的邊學邊做的過程中，看著心中的東西一點一點的出來，真的很有成就感。雖然自己的網頁技術還差的遠，但是回顧一下這周真的學到了很多的東西。
之前把作過的東西放到U盤里，發生過圖片顯示不出來的狀況，還好即使找到了解救的方法，把源文件和WEB頁面放到一起這樣就算路徑改變的話也不會影響頁面的效果。
一.網站的整體規劃
1.討論網站主題：因為自己對普羅旺斯很感興趣，于是就想到要是一下為心中的仙境設計一個旅游網站。
2.定位網站CI形象：旅游網站最重要的就是是瀏覽者產生想去親身體驗一下的共鳴。于是在網頁設計上面，根據普羅旺斯夢幻般的意境，我采用的是清新雋永的CI形象。使瀏覽者有賓至如歸的感受。
3.確定欄目和板塊：
1]首先要考慮整個網頁的長和寬，以及長度和寬度之間的比例。
2]其次就應該考慮導航條的設置了。
3]正文的框架設置 (橫向因素和縱向因素交錯)
在瀏覽了很多精美的旅游網站之后，再結合自己的想法，我先在草紙上畫出了大體的欄目和板塊。
4.網站的整體風格和創意：建立一個浪漫的旅行網站，走映像派路線，目的務必使瀏覽者留下映像。
二.網頁制作的前期策劃與準備
1.資料的搜集：由于個人的愛好，我很早以前就收集了許多普羅旺斯的美圖，這次就方便多了。接著就搜集了一些有夢幻效果的網頁背景，FIASH源代碼、小圖標和一些GIF的動畫等。
2.熟悉制作工具軟件：
硬件：
一臺電腦(64MB以上內存，當然越大越好啦);可以撥號上網;如果你有條件的話,建議:配置掃描儀,這將大大方便圖像和文字的輸入;
軟件：
HTML編輯軟件：常用的有Frontpage、Hotdog等，本文重點介紹 Dreamweaver;
圖像處理軟件：常用的有Photoshop、flash、Fireworks 等;
文件上傳軟件：常用的有Cuteftp、WSftp等。
