　　Since came to the sea company, joined the Department of Quality Assurance, as a quality inspector, I know the importance of this post, so I do a solid job in their own work, in strict accordance with company standards test products, good quality, will Unqualified product control in the workshop, although the work will encounter many setbacks but I believe I can overcome and seek new solutions. From three aspects of my work to be summed up:

　　First, the duties:

　　Third, the performance:

　　1. 　　過去的20__年，我在公司領導的關懷下，業務水平有了進一步提升，工作本事方面有了長足的提高。異常對出現的質量問題的處理，有了明顯的提高，有必須的確定分析本事。以下我對一年來的工作情景進行評價：

　　首先，工作時必須做到四個字：認真細心。因為我們所做的保質保量，關系到全公司生產工作的正常運轉。如果所做的質量在某個地方出了差錯，公司利益會受到影響，那么必將造成不小的危害。生產車間也會因為質量問題而停止生產;這樣到了發貨日期不能按時發貨，必將引起客戶抱怨，降低公司信譽，給公司造成不可估量的損失。所以我每一天工作時都盡量堅持清醒地頭腦，確保每一份計劃都能準確無誤，把工作效率提高到最高點。

　　其次，工作時必須要有堅定不移、不厭其煩的精神。有人說：看看差不多就行了，其實不然，要想成為一個合格的質檢員，必須要有耐心、堅持的態度。但要經常到各個崗位查看這些產品是否合格。倘若已經出現質量問題，而其他操作人員沒有發現或及時處理的情景下，就必須要督促他們認真負責，并與其堅持良好的溝通，以保證生產計劃能順利進行。所以質檢是十分重要的。

　　最終，工作時必須要與各部門這間處理好人際關系。一個人的力量是有限的，但一個團隊的力量卻是巨大的。工作過程中，同事之間磕磕碰碰有時也在所難免，但我始終抱著一種平和的心態來對待這些問題，并找出問題關鍵所在，解除誤會，化解矛盾，從而營造一個和諧的工作環境。僅有心境好，才能在工作中發揮自我最大的潛能。一個團隊，最重要的就是同心協力，僅有做到這一點，公司的發展才能越來越好。

　　回顧過去，雖然有了一些可喜的成績，但同時也發現自身存在的問題。在工作中，有的時候開拓、創新意識不夠，事業的發展需要不斷地創新，但自我卻總是求穩怕亂，在有些問題的處理上瞻前顧后，不夠果斷。另外在生產過程中出現突發狀況時，有時卻未能及時向領導匯報。針對自身存在的這些問題，我將認真評價經驗，發揚成績，克服不足，進一步加強理論學習和工作實踐，不斷地提高自我的工作本事和管理水平。生活每一天都在繼續，公司在發展，我也會經過學習不斷地完善自我，為公司發展盡自我微薄之力。我相信，只要肯付出，只要有著堅定的信念，無論環境如何改變，也阻擋不了前進的步伐，愿公司的明天更加完美。

　　時間荏苒，歲月穿梭，轉眼間__年就要在緊張和忙碌中過去了，回顧這一年來，我作為公司質檢部一名檢驗員，有很多提高，可是也存在一些不足之處。

　　半年來，在領導的關心指導下，在同事的支持幫忙下，我不但勤奮踏實地完成了本職工作，并且順利完成了領導交辦的各項臨時任務，自身在各方面都有所提升。為了更好地做好今后的工作，評價經驗，吸取教訓，下頭就是本人的年終工作評價：

　　一、工作收獲

　　1、首件檢驗

　　我嚴格按照控制計劃要求，做到不漏檢，不少檢。

　　2、巡檢

　　巡檢是一項細致的工作。“細節決定成敗”，在巡檢的過程中，對工序流轉的產品，必須按產品流轉控制程序辦理相關手續后方可放行，并執行上道工序對下道工序負責，下道工序復驗上道工序的制度，做到層層把關

　　3、異常反饋

　　在生產中經常會因為設備或員工的原因，出現各種各樣的異常，小則損壞單個組件，大則損壞成批的組件，出現異常，我會第一時間通知上級領導，及時的處理問題。

　　二、感想及體會

　　1、態度決定一切

　　工作時必須要一絲不茍，仔細認真。不能老是出錯，有必要時檢測一下自我的工作結果，以確定自我的工作萬無一失。工作之余還要經常評價工作教訓，不斷提高工作效率，并從中評價工作經驗。雖然工作中我會犯一些錯誤，受到領導的批評，可是我并不認為這是一件可恥的事，因為我認為這些錯誤和批評能夠讓我在以后的工作中避免類似錯誤，并且能夠讓我在工作中更快的成長起來。在和大家工作的這段時間里，他們嚴謹、認真的工作作風給我留下了深刻的印象，我也從他們身上學到了很多自我缺少的東西。

　　2、勤于思考

　　崗位的日常工作比較繁瑣，這就需要我們必須要勤于思考，改善工作方法，提高工作效率，減少工作時間。

　　3、不斷學習

　　要不斷的豐富自我的專業知識和技能，這會使我的工作更加得心應手。

　　一個人要在自我的職位上有所作為，就必須要對職位的專業知識熟知，并在不斷的學習中拓寬自我的知識面。

　　三、自身的不足

　　1、工作中偶有因為馬虎而造成工作失誤，給工作帶來不必要的麻煩。以后我會以嚴謹的工作態度仔細完成本職工作。

　　2、要進一步加強組件檢驗工作的系統性、科學性，提高綜合分析、解決問題的本事。

　　3、在完成領導交辦的任務的基礎上，發揮自身優勢，繼續加強專業知識的學習，進一步提高各項組件的檢驗技能。

　　四、__年的工作規劃

　　在新的一年里，我決心認真提高工作水平，為公司的發展貢獻自我的一份力量。在今后的工作中要虛心向其他同事學習工作方面的經驗，借鑒好的工作方法不斷提高自身的素質，使自我的全面素質再有一個新的提高，以適應公司的發展和社會的需要。要進一步強化敬業精神，增強職責意識，提高完成工作的標準。
