　　一、班級學風篇

　　本學期大家都盡自己最大的努力抓好學習，成績是我們大家努力最好的見證。及格率和優秀率都大大的提高了，初步營造了健康和諧的競爭，互幫互助、共同進步的學習氛圍。回想大家爭分奪秒的平時及復習備考階段，起早貪黑宅克立，宅圖書館的復習狀態還歷歷在目，感到很欣慰，我們大家再加把勁爭取接下來的考試都是一路綠燈。

　　學習是我們學生的第一要任，但大家也不忘把學到的知識應用到實踐中來。大部分同學都參加各種方式的家教中去，進一步學習了解教師技能。本學期本班也創建了一個學習教師技能的平臺，以自愿參與原則，舉辦了兩次“班級小課堂的活動”，具體的了解作為一名教師應有的禮儀及基本技能。在準備前期班委都積極去咨詢學習要如何開展此活動，舉辦過程中，由于沒有經驗，內容和形式偏于簡單，實踐效果不夠理想，但會不斷創新，偕同班級同學共同創建好這個實踐平臺。

　　二、班級風采篇

　　1.評選校優良學風班：全班同學都參與進來，各盡其職為班集體爭取榮譽。每個宿舍跟大家分享其宿舍文化及宿舍趣事，完善各項資料。在籌備資料期間，由于自己有幾項工作沖突，幸好同學們很給力，特別是我舍友們一遍一遍的幫忙文字加工，盡力做到字字句句都是工整的和更好詮釋我們班級的風采。最后也如愿的評上了校級優良學風班，這都是大家辛苦付出的功勞，為我們大一的生活畫上圓滿句號。

　　2.班會暨團日活動：本學期開展了兩次以“追夢”為主題的班會，意在調動班級的學習風氣。第一次班會總結大一的各項工作，指出我們要共同努力的方向;第二次班會旨在明確自己的目標，做好人生規劃。

　　3.包餃子小聚餐：為了放松放松心情，組織了這次以“信心”為主題的團日活動，剛好當天班級有三位同學生日，借此共同慶祝。此次活動也考驗了剛上任的班委們，前期的場地和各種美食配料都得好好籌劃一番。

　　4.班級出游活動：本學期在節假日期間有部分同學自發組織了一兩次出游活動，班級也組織了整體的金榜山一日游。雖然就爬爬山，稍微走動走動，但是大家還是玩得很開心。

　　5.籃球賽：本次比賽男生們參與度高了很多，技術也進步很多哦。女生同胞也抽空去幫忙加油鼓勁。記得觀看其中一場比賽中，龍哥百分百托中哦。帥呆了!

　　三、個人工作陳述

　　大一擔任班委一年，對班級各項事務會相對了解，加上借鑒渣哥的工作經驗，對于班長本職工作上手相對較快。但其中也存在很多地方需要進一步改進，自己考慮不夠周到的地方。

　　通知事情時，比較重要的事情會在班級統一通知，并通過短信提醒，但知道大家對于短信有點厭煩，盡量用電腦群發減少短信條數。由于有些事情不能每個同學都記得，常常會重復通知事情，有點羅里羅嗦了。

　　班委分配工作時，由于個人性子比較急，有時想到什么就會做什么，而對于該做的工作不喜歡拖拉的習慣，會一直催著趕著，也就給大家照成困惱了。本學期中班委工作分配中，該忙的時候沒讓一個閑著，盡量讓大家都互相協助提高效率完成工作，但還是有分配不妥的，開展活動時，有時沒能讓大家都理解自己的本職工作，往往會有力不從心的感覺。但最后還是能較好的完成本學期各項任務。

　　本學期試圖調動大家參與活動的積極性，但沒有得到較好的效果。其實是自己想法過于簡單，沒有綜合考慮我們班一貫低調穩重的作風來開展適合班級的活動，碰了不少壁。但明白了一個班級要有屬于自己的文化自己的風格，應切身實際的考慮本班同學的興趣及意愿開展些有提高自身素質性的活動。

　　對于班級各項事務盡力做到民主化、透明化，一些班級資料會及時通過郵箱、博客來跟班級同學分享，并征求大家對班級建設的意見。也盡量偕同各個班委整理好班級各方面材料，做到完整、工整。
