　　大學是我從小就向往的美麗象牙塔，進入大學前就下定決心說大學四年不能浪費，我得利用這個機會好好鍛煉自己，并且盡力去完成在入學以前為自己做好的計劃。因此，進入學校以來我以高昂的熱情加入了班委這個團隊以及學生會的辦公室部門并加入了自己喜愛的育林藝術團的禮儀隊以及圖書館，我是一個比較安靜的學生，愛好文學，從小就特別喜歡讀書，喜歡一個人安靜地徜徉在書的海洋里，我懂得的是，世界上只有一樣東西別人搶不走，那便是你所知道的知識，你的才識。這一年，作為一名圖情員，我對自己的工作認真負責，作為一名圖書館助理，我積極致力于圖書館建設，而我個人，一有空閑時間就到圖書館借閱書籍，沒事就寫寫文章投稿《團山書韻》、《縉云風》，積極參加各類征文活動，這一年下來，文章被采用4篇并且很榮幸地被評為了“優秀圖情員”、“優秀讀者”，還參加競選成為了下一屆的圖書館助理部的副部長。

　　學校也是在大力打造我們全科專業，所學課程我很滿意，特別是鋼琴、書法、舞蹈、繪畫這些，以前看著別人那么會彈、會寫、會跳、會畫，便心生羨慕，現在自己親身接觸這些，心里的那種激動已然無法用言語道明。這一年，我不敢說自己學到了多少，但是我可以肯定的說我都在盡力在學，我覺得我進步了，我成長了，因為我懂得青春的真諦，因為我的大多數時間都是在忙碌中度過的，我也喜歡這樣忙碌的生活，忙碌讓我覺得很充實，充實的我覺得很快樂，青春的美麗在于不斷的拼搏，不斷的進取，珍惜現在，青春還在，所以夢想一直在路上。我始終以提高自身的綜合素質為目標,以自我的全面發展為努力方向，我只想做一個有質量的大學生。我愛我的大學生活，只愿在未來的大學生活中，我會學到更多，成長更多，能看到一個全新的自我。

　　年終快到了，作為銷售人員，應該為自己一年所里做的一切寫一份總結、畫上一個句號。

　　首先，在皖勝工作半年的時間是自己作為一個業務人員的一個全新的起點，也是在向自己人生目標所邁出的第一步。我也很榮幸能夠成為皖勝的一員，能夠為它的發展盡自己微薄的一份力，也非常感謝有那么多良師益友的照顧和包容。

　　1.這半年來的銷售狀況和體會對于我一個新人來說只是一個開始，后面還有很長的一段路要走，雖然路上碰到了很多的坎坷，但是也將會成為自己成長路程上的墊腳石。在途中可能會出現很多的差錯，但是話說回來沒有一個人在陌生的路途上一路順風，失敗、犯錯也是在警醒自己沒有下一次同樣的事情發生。沒有一個人在從剛開始嬰兒哇哇墜地到長大成人不經歷風雨，只有錯過了，自己反思后才知道下次怎么去做，只有經歷過才知道怎么樣能夠把事情做對、做好，所以我始終相信失敗乃成功之母。

　　2.銷售中可能會碰到很多大大小下的問題，對專業知識的缺乏，對客戶的理解和把握程度，專業的銷售技巧等很多東西對于我自己來說都不是那么令自己滿意，這個也需要大量的實踐來填補自己的空缺。在這方面自己也在通過各種渠道來充實自己，也非常感謝公司能夠給一個成長的平臺。

　　3.20xx年的目標和計劃這個對于一個想求進步向上的人來說就是一種動力、對于一個銷售來說也是對自己的一種壓力，更是驅動自己向前的動力所在。只希望自己在來年能夠成為一名成熟的業務員，能夠去完成自己的業績，能夠獨當一面，作為銷售人員、在公司本崗位上一天，就要體現出自己的價值，為公司盡可能多的創造價值。

　　4.對于公司的發展和愿景來說，公司，是以盈利為目的，從事商業經營活動或某些目的而成立的組織，公司不盈利就沒有辦法得到發展，不贏利就沒有辦法運轉。

　　5.公司內部也會有些大大小小的問題、各部門銜接不是那么的密切，采購成本、以及資源的分配等。

　　還是希望自己在新的一年能夠在工作上面取得一個好的成績，能夠體現的到作為一個銷售的價值所在。
